I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't let this pass. Dan, at Tacoma Screws just made my morning. Have been looking for screws for my door handle that are worn, and haven't been able to find them in the regular hardware stores. Still challenging to find, but Dan took his time to match what I had. And not only that, he let me have them on the house!! And here we talk about customer service being eroded. I have found myself a new place to do my business. Thank you Tacoma Screws and thank you Dan!!

The gentleman who worked here helped me find the screws I needed to put my license plates on my car. He came outside and took a look and knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me out greatly; he even let me have it on the house! Absolutely wonderful store and I know I’ll be coming back here for any other needs I have.

Nice staff that has patience when I have to wait in line with my company on the phone to get a P.O. number. Just bring them a bolt and they can find nearly anything within a couple minutes. This is quickly becoming my go-to place.

Not sure how Anyone can give this place a bad review. I just stopped in for Probably the smallest order ever Because I needed a specific screw and washer And they took care of me As if I were spending Several thousand dollars

These guys are something every time I go there if it's just a little tiny item doesn't cost much they always give it to me free so today I bought extra cuz I'm starting to feel guilty they always take care of me.

First time at the store. This could have been intimidating but the staff are super nice and helpful. You get great service, better than big box warehouse stores.

There was a little bit of wait but I was quite surprised and pleased to find out they had just exactly what I needed and we're willing to take the time to discover what it was based on the minimal information I had it was a piece for caliper bolt for my Audi which is not a common part and they usually make it quite difficult to duplicate but Tacoma screw had it in stock and a hardier form than what is OEM for the car so kudos to these guys they are amazing and the location is a little bit difficult to find that's my only critique and if you're coming the opposite direction down I think it's West valley no it's not West valley but it's somewhere in Kent pretty busy street it's kind of difficult to turn in but once you learn that it's quite easy and it's well worth the trip because they are super helpful knowledgeable and awesome crew.

Always have the right stuff in stock, or really oddball stuff can normally get next day. Ryan at the sales counter is great!
