My phone went down on me around 7pm and I despartely needed one to meet my boyfriend the next day. Got there 40 min. before they closed. The gentleman there was all alone and had customers before me. He tols me I was eligable dor a free upgrade. Then another customer came in but he got my new phone up and running and I love this new phone! He handled all his customers and was working after closing. Remarkable person.

What awesome customer services went on Saturday they didn't have my phone on site the young lady picked up from another store and on her day off brought it to the store so I could have it for Monday what a wonderful experience thank you sorry I don't remember her name

Upgraded to a new phone no one clue reset it with my stuff from my old phone that gentleman knows his business very very good and the only one that was open or maybe 50 miles
