Friendly, welcoming, clean. Their food is always very good.
If for some reason you don’t like it, they will make it right. If you have a special order, they’ll make it to how you want it
manager /owner Is continuously making rounds in the restaurant to make sure everything everybody is enjoying their meal or if there’s anything you need
I personally like the vegetarian omelette cup 1/2coffee, 1/2hot cocoa w/ rye

My wife and stopped in and loved it all. Food was above and beyond. The manager was personable and very pleasant, and the waitress was perfect. Very sweet lady that went beyond helping us. The atmosphere was soooo much better than a typical chain restaurant, this place has a retro feel to it and that is a wonderful change. Byron, IL...We will be back FOR SURE!

At 10 am, this place was packed, like the whole town came to eat at the same time. Beside that, we only waited 5min, they worked efficiently and calmly—great old school dinner. Good food. Thanks

I’m not from Byron, but I recently started working at a salon in town and had been looking for a good place to get lunch. I tried sunrise for the first time yesterday and got food off the breakfast menu. Today I got a burger. Both times I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality, portions, and prices. Happy to have found my new lunch spot.

Despite being incredibly busy for mother’s day, her and the entire staff worked fast and didn’t let it impact the quality of service; always checking up on the table, keeping coffee topped off, and overall going above and beyond with service was greatly appreciated!

Restaurant is typical small town diner food but its always great tasting. Service is great and friendly. We go here often as we live close by.

Quick service, friendly staff. Bacon, eggs and hash browns, what more could you want. Hard to screw them up but everything was cooked perfect. Clean and spacious dining room. Extensive menu if you would like a more exotic breakfast. Highly recommend.

Love this place. They have a large variety of food from burgers, sandwiches, pasta, steak. Everything is cooked how you want it and they always make sure your food is ok. Very friendly.

Favorite time to go is on Saturdays when they have Cream of Broccoli soup, it's always amazing.

Went to there all you can eat Perch and all I can say is WOW. The fish was nicely done, French fries perfect. We liked it so much we've been back the last few Fridays. Our waitress Heather was awesome totally on point. We have found a new local restaurant.
