First of all, John answered his phone when I called and immediately put me at easy as I was having concerns about a new homeowner policy that I needed quickly. John was efficient and very well informed. Within an hour I had a completely new policy in my inbox and my issue was resolved. I would highly recommend him/State Farm to anyone.

John and Benjamin are a great team. I am a relatively new customer, but my parents have been with them since 2002. This team is extremely prompt and efficient with communication. I recently moved to Gray Maine and needed to get my State Farm Policy moved to Maine from out of state. John and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We got the coverage we needed at the best price. We have been very happy with the John Couture State Farm office and recommend them to anyone that likes great service!

Update:

Benjamin Garson at State Farm in Gray recently went above and beyond to help save us money on a new tractor. The tractor is covered by our homeowners' policy but the finance company tacked on nearly $1,000 in mandatory insurance. It took multiple emails and documents from Benjamin to meet their criteria to eliminate the charge. His persistence really paid off! Throughout the process, he remained focused on getting this matter corrected. Every prompt, ever patient, ever the professional...a great addition to the team at State Farm!

He is never pushy and always responsive to whatever concerns that arise or changes that are in order. 7/1/2023 Update: My husband and I are having a new house built so we turned to John. He wrote up a policy to cover construction in no time at all. Great personality - and really knows his stuff!

John made sure I had insurance on a difficult-to-insure island property very quickly. He got me a new policy within a day and the detail were wrapped up within a week. I would highly recommend working with John.
