Just upgraded my IPhone at this location. Typically, the phone upgrade process has been difficult for me to understand, but Dallas made the process go exceptionally smooth. He understood the process well, was not pushy when there were elements to the upgrade I didn't want to move forward with, and was able to clearly and accurately answer all of the questions I had for him. Excellent customer service ; when I'm back for my next upgrade I hope he is still there to support again.

I been a customer of Verizon for over 10 years and every single time I walk in this store they greet you and provide the best customer service. Erin has been helping us out the last few years and she’s always so helpful and the best attitude. Erin goes over and beyond to save us money and gets us the best deals on trade ins etc. She never rushes, explains all our questions and even helps with transferring all our information to new phones. Last time I was running late for appointments and she set up my new phone while I was able to run to my appointments. Sincerely the best customer service and experience at this Verizon store.

Went in to switch cell services. Didn’t have to wait for service. Josh was helpful without being pushy. I appreciated his suggestions on the best plan for my needs. I left feeling comfortable with the outcome instead of frustrated at being upsold at every turn. Thank you Josh

Excellent service. I walked in worried about my phone not working. Within 30 seconds, Cory had my phone fixed and working. I have had multiple great experiences at this location so far. The workers are highly knowledgeable and amazing to work with.

Josh went above and beyond in his customer service today. He stayed way past close getting our phones traded in, all of our information verified on our new phones, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed before we left. We are very happy to have changed to Verizon!
