Metro by T-Mobile

Camping and my father lost his phone. We came here and Jose I believe his name was, was just amazing.
He was patient with my dad while trying to figure out his login information to make sure his stuff transferred. It took a while but he was so patient and understanding. My dad was so stressed out and worried he would lose everything. Highly recommend this location especially if traveling in the area.

Issue with phone was solved very quickly. However, they said that the store is/isn't T-Mobile. I don't understand as the sign clearly says T-Mobile. I purposely went to this location as it is not busy compared to the other locations in town.

If you need help, you need to go to this location. My son tried to get help at 4 locations in Grand Rapids and ran into either rude or incompetent employees. At this location, the workers went the extra mile for me and did it will skill. Highly recommended.

Debbie gave both my husband and I excellent customer service, she went above and beyond. Debbie had all the answers to our questions and assisted me with the purchase of my new phone and cell case as well as downloading all the tons of photos to my new phone. My husband will be returning soon to get a new phone of his own and we definitely will be looking forward to doing business with Debbie again, she's the best!

I brought my mom in today to replace her flip phone-we were told they had some on the way to come back in a few hours, which we did. They were super friendly and efficient!

I recently got a phone and got my service through MetroPCS because of a commercial I saw on TV. Previously being with Verizon, I was sick of paying over twice as much for phone service with only a sliver of data. Now I only pay $30 total and I am much happier with my service. I've never had any problems with any dropped calls and I have unlimited data. Also, the guys at the counter were really nice and super easy to talk to. Very helpful with any questions that I had and for getting my phone set up. I only wish I would have changed over years before I did.

Metro PC has been very good to me. They have always been available when I have needed them and never overcharged me for services. Always was I made to feel like I was appreciated and valued as a customer and that they even went above and beyond to sell me the services I needed at the best prices they could offer. I made a great choice when I decide to sign up with metro, they have a great staff that didn't try to up sell me and they were nice and polite. They even helped me get the most bang for my buck, when I walked in I expected to pay a bunch of money for my plan and phone accessories but they got me what I needed and get me the cheapest prices they can go.
