I've been using this pharmacy for almost 2 years. Without a doubt, this is the kindest & most compassionate pharmacy I've ever used. I attend a treatment center attached to the same building and they've never once shamed me for the medication I am on. Have always answered all questions for me & helped ease fears when I first started the medicine. The amount of shame I had when I first started was immense. & the male pharmacist (wish I could remember his name at this point), spoke quietly so no one else would hear & told me "you are still young & this will allow many more years to your life, at this point this is the right path for you. Your health and life are important and this is one step towards fixing it, never feel shame for that". Then answered all the questions I had. That moment on I realized not only was I going to be OK and didnt make a mistake, but that I had found a great pharmacy.

Anytime I call to check interactions between medicines they're prompt, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I've also seen them treat chronic pain patients with extreme compassion in terms of their conditions and their medications. Zero judgement. In my experience the moment they receive a fax for my medication they start working on it. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my medication.

I've also recieved help when I forgot to pick up my medicine on a day they were closed & didnt allow pick ups on weekends, they have workers there but the actual retail portion is closed. Two people worked together to have my script transferred to a local pharmacy. I travel from Everett to their Renton location twice a month and will continue doing so. A few times my insurance was either cancelled or I forgot to renew it and they worked with me to get it handled. One time I had to pay out of pocket and my medication isnt cheap, they helped me out with a generic brand and a discount.

I'm very thankful to have found a pharmacy where all of their employees are kind, joyful and truly care about their patients. Even when they get rude customers they stay calm and professional. I recomend this pharmacy to anyone. Very thankful. It may just be a pharmacy but the amazing impact its had on me, is indescribable.
