Love this Kroger. Smaller store. Excellent service. I not only buy groceries here but also fill my prescriptions there too.

Staff is great and very helpful. The pharmacy is quick and knowledgeable.

I called today for RX refill. Took a couple times to get thru but once I did have to say I had no trouble. Pharmacist Manger today was very nice, informable on my RX refill. I know these pharmacies can be very busy, so please give them a break when calling. They deserve respect.

I use this pharmacy they're really good but the only problem I have is they don't call you when your p prescription is ready I go to the one on Krafft road and when Robin was the pharmacist there it was great

I am sure I'm not the only one, but always waiting for prescriptions. Frustrating when you not feeling well. Under staffed! Only one or maybe two people working at a time.

The pharmacy used to be good but ever since Robin don't work there no more things have slowed down they don't call you like they used to I'm not happy with them

Rx was texted to me ready .. Got there and it wasn't told me 10/15 min ago went finished shopping paid for my groceries went back to pharmacy I walked up Jacob"can I help you" was at the window I said"yes just checking to see if my Rx was finished have name/birth and did I give her enough time ?"Jacobs response "she checked then 1st two the last one the pharmacy hasn't checked off yet she is given a shot"I said ok and kept standing there looking for my charge card. He then says.". Then you Did you not hear me?"I said"yes I did ..repeated everything he sayed I told him I'd like one transition and yes I'll wait.. Then told me to sit down and wait he had to finish another customer. He was very rude in saying"you did not hear me! I will be moved all of my Rx this is the second time for Rude and also the inconvenience of the exit can't just go into and out to the pharmacy poor planing on that.

Fast and dependable? They send text message to my phone saying my script is ready then they don't have it ready. I've come in multiple times having this problem. I'm always waiting, I just spent 30 minutes in line. 😠 😡

Switched to this pharmacy since mine had closed permanently. Told multiple associates my insurance requires 90 day refills. Received 2 seperate prescriptions filled different days that were only 30 day supplies. Put in a request for another prescription and it went into pending status for over a week,when i called,the person i spoke to had a heavy accent,hard to understand and was told he couldnt fill it but couldnt explain why. He got upset and just said call your insurance. When i contacted my insurance i was told kroger is not a provider under my plan. Why the hell did they fill 2 and attempt a 3rd without knowing this. I switched back to cvs but a new location since my original closed
