Acme Pools and their service department are incredible! My Acme pool is 15 years old and our favorite summer hangout place. They take excellent care of my pool. The last two years, Errin switched the chemicals, and the water has been crystal clear and perfect. My pool is gorgeous, and I always feel the Acme love when I visit! She tests the water every two weeks, and I could not be happier with my Acme pool and the care I receive with everyone there! Love, love the entire Acme staff.

Chris and Mike helped me out a lot bringing back to life a 35 year old cement hot tub we acquired with our house purchase. They taught my wife and I how to maintain our water system and chemical balance. Good stuff!

Very courteous and helpful. Explained all the steps to treat our in ground pool in detail so I knew exactly what to do. Didn't overcharge or upsell me anything I didn't need. Definitely using them more from now on. GO BLUE

I can't recommend this company enough. They were very prompt on the quote and provide a breakdown of labor and material. They also provide a quote with several options for pump and filter systems. Furthermore, we were in a real bind as our pump went bad and were having a pool party within 2 weeks. They were able to fit us in their schedule even though it was a big ask. The service people were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job with the work. They cleaned up great and took the time to show my wife how everything worked.

Wow! We worked with Mitch and I can't say enough good about him! He answered my emails promptly and when we finally went to look at his spas he was very patient with all our questions and very informative . But best of all he wasn't a pushy salesman ! They sell a great product! If you are looking for a spa don't pass these by! Very happy with this experience !

We received a recommendation for Acme Pool Construction to repair a structural leak in our 50 year old Garter pool and to convert the paint from rubber to epoxy. The work was exceptional! The prep work was tidy, we were kept informed about progress and the job was completed as quickly as the weather permitted! We are thrilled with results that truly exceeded our expectations. We would (and have) recommended Acme.

They were super helpful. They had what I needed when I called and then set aside those items at the front desk so I could save time when I got there. I called different store about 3 hours prior to ACME PURE BLU and they thought they had what I needed and offered to call back after looking but never followed through. The staff at APB was super friendly and there prices were right in line with those I found online. We will definitely be returning there for our future pool needs.

Thorough explanations of the work needed and communication during the process made it a pleasant experience. We are now looking forward to our first full summer in our "NEW" pool.
