Wendy's

They forgot my dressing for my salad ! I called and the Manger asked if I wanted to come back, but I was already at work. She stated that she would remind the crew to slow down and pay attention. Appreciated 😁

This Wendy's is the best in Flint, the food is always hot and fresh, and the burgers, chilli, and frosty are the staples of the restaurant since it was established over 50yrs. ago and trust me they are just as delicious as they have always been, in addition it's always very clean and the staff are always polite and welcoming, thank you Wendy's.

I visited this location Saturday a little after noon. We had a little issue with my order. 100% my fault. I ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger Lettuce and Mayo only. I think the person taking the order heard my wife say Bacon. He repeated my order but I didn't pay attention.
When the very nice, pleasant, respectful young Man offered to correct my mistake (he may have thought it was a staff issue).
I was happy with how he handled everything. People like him deserve praise.
If I knew his name I'd call the Wendy main Office and suggest they reward him if these are the types of reviews he gets. One review shouldn't destroy a person or get a person a head at their job.
But again he impressed me.
2nd I've never got anything but good food and good Service from this location.
The young man I'm talking about was a step above the normal.

We're flexible and ready to wait a little longer for our order due to staff shortages and make substitutions to our order if they are out of something. We appreciate the staff for being there when we needed a meal on the go.

Not sure who the young man was working the night shift with the braids. But he gave us excellent service. Was super polite. Made sure we checked our food before we left to make sure it was right and fresh. He definitely knows how to give great customer service. Thanks.

5 stars cause the crew is nice. And my food is always always hot. Only thing I don't like is they never have sweet and sour sauce 😕

Always look forward to visiting our neighborhood Wendy's. Never a long wait in drive through, very friendly and patient staff. Food is always hot fresh & right! My daughter and I will drive past other Wendy's just to get to this one

Faster service at 6.30pm than two nearby McDonald's partly because of the number of cars in line. This location is accepting inside orders that are for take out only. The dining room is closed at this time because of COVID-19.

They were slammed with customers. But moved fairly quick. Poor girl at the window mixed up the orders, but fixed it quickly after a bunch of apology's. The food was great though 😊

The chicken asiago sandwich is absolutely amazing! I mean come on where else can you go get a cheesy bacon baked potato in under 10 minutes and go and enjoy it at home? Just scrumptious

Im there every Thursday night for dinner and this is in my experience the best wendy's ever. The staff is always on point with the orders and friendly. Wish i could hire them on my own roster.

The employees were very nice, the gentleman at the window let me know it would be a couple minutes because my food was being made fresh to order.

Food always consistent and good, never had any missed items or orders wrong at this location, nice Wendy's.

Amazing service, great food. Lady also gave me a free cookie, which was the sweetest. Definitely choosing this one rather than the one closer to my house.

You can enjoy a keto snack for $2 - remove the bun and munch on a junior bacon cheeseburger! The small chili is great if you are doing weight watchers.

I've always liked Wenys b/c I like the coupns they offer, I also like their chili, frosty and their taco salad. .. These are just a few I like along with good service.

Best damn restaurant ive ever been 2 food is okay but service is amazing great staff

The drive thru staff is always really friendly, there's fast service, and I think they have the best fast food salads around

I like because it's fast and they seem to cook your food when you order most restaurants give you cold food or warm food , not Wendy they give you quantity food and good foods
