Grant sold me a new iPhone 13. We ran into some issues that took a bit to resolve. He kept apologizing and kept me informed the entire time. They went above and beyond to get the issue resolved and even gave me a few extra things for the inconvenience of the issues we ran into. Him and the whole team engaged in conversation with you and made me feel very welcome. Grant was completely honest with me when I ask about different phones, plans, and protection. The crew at this store is by far the most polite, engaging and fun compared to the other T-mobiles I've been to. I will be back!

Prior to coming to this store, we went to another location and had a horrible experience. Thankfully we came to this store and everything turned around! Grant was knowledgeable and very friendly. We had multiple issues we needed help with and not only was Grant patient, the entire staff made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed chatting with them while our issues were resolved. We left with new phones and new service, thanks to Grant and the staff at this store. Great job guys!

Went in to get home internet. All the employees were helpful and made the transaction easy. Grant was patient with me through several phone calls and answered all my questions set up everything for me.

Went to buy a new phone with my family and Randy helped us. He was great!! Very helpful and knowledgeable of all of the phones, plans and even accessories. A+ customer service. For all of your Sprint needs make sure you go here and ask for him. It was nice to be in such a welcoming environment, especially when you're spending money :) I will never go to another Sprint store again.

What a Great team. I worked with Randy and the rest of the staff at this store and was absolutely delighted with their professionalism. I had an issue with my iPhone, and they told me exactly what to expect and led me through the entire process. While Sprint hasn't always been on the top of my list. This team makes up the difference!

Stopped into t-mobile today to see about upgrading our phones today. The manager Mike assisted us he was very polite and helpful he helped us get exactly what we wanted, It was overall a very pleasant experience. We will be switching over to this location for here on out.

Stephen is a great guy and definitely knows how to keep a sale lively! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking at T-mobile! Don't forget, Sprint is a part of T-mobile too now! So they can help you with Sprint also.

Incredible customer service! I started at the T-mobile on Corunna road and they were no help. I went to the GB store where the staff member went the extra mile to work with Apple to fix my phone within minutes. Will always return to this location!

I just got back home from your Sprint store located in Grand Blanc. I was unaware that the store wasn’t open until 10:00am. The reasoning, as embarrassing as it is, was to pay my bill before my services were cut off. I arrived at the store at 9:04 and the door was locked. A young lady hurried to the door and opened it up with enthusiasm. This young lady’s name was Diamonique. I’m in the customer service industry and am always pleased when I’m on the other end of a great customer experience. Not only did Dominique not have to open the door for another hour, she welcomed me with enthusiasm. I paid my bill, we had a nice conversation and because of people like Dominique, I will continue to be a Sprint customer. I have some health problems which had set me back financially recently and it’s not something that I’m used to nor ever thought that I’d be in this predicament. Sprint and employees like Dominique will keep me as a loyal customer regardless. I could’ve switched to Xfinity mobile for the same plan for $20 cheaper yet as long as you take care of my customer needs with the enthusiasm, understanding, and graciousness, I will be a life long Sprint customer. Thank you and please make sure that this young, smart, enthusiastic young lady not only deserves the accolades that she is due yet please keep her on the radar for advancement.

This location is GREAT!!!!!. Was referred to visit this location to possible get some of my current issues with my account that was created at the Davison location that the staff did not have the time to assist me with my issues. The Grand Blanc location (Fred & Blake) DID NOT HESITATE to step up and help me with my issues immediately. These guys are amazing ALL my issues with my current plan has been resolved. Grand Blanc will be my store.

I was at starbucks when I realized there was a Sprint Store next door. Thank God I went in there they were able to lower my bill and get me a free tablet. Great people they treat you like family and very funny down to earth guys! Thank you again this is my Sprint store forever!!!

LOVE this store. The girls are super nice & helpful & always on top of everything. I was given wrong information by a man that works there over the phone but once the girls straightened it out I didn’t mind because of how nice & welcoming they were. Also, shout out to Dominique for being her own phone background!!!! #selflove 😌
