I had an issue with my order yesterday, but Carlos was able to exceed my expectations in helping me out. He deserves a raise or a promotion. I would drive further out of my way to go to this mcdonalds, instead of the one a few minutes from my home.

It gets a little busy in there they're in there working as hard as I can I got no problems with all that service and food were good

Changing my 5 star review. Stay away from this place. A waste of money. The last two times was a disaster. Gave it another shot for lunch. Figured 3rd time's a charm. Even worse. Finally got what I ordered. They gave me the wrong order. When I went back for the correct items they literally just took pickles off a sandwich and called it good.

Ordered a QP with cheese meal no pickles no onions, coke and fries. Got a QP with pickles, no fries and a diet coke. They added fries, swapped the diet for a coke and then just took the pickles off the sandwich.smh

Best McDonalds Ive ever been to. They actually had TWO guest service employees working out in the lobby to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our food.

This is the McDonald’s by my house and I go here all the time. They have really improved lately. Will who does customer service often is a sweetheart and you can tell he really takes his job seriously. Management is awesome and I’ve watched them interact with other customers from afar professionally, and empathetically. They are fast food workers who often get the least pay and the most abuse. Think deep within yourself if you can’t show them grace, and feel strongly enough to go on google and right a poor review you have bigger issues within yourself. Be kind,always. ❤

Service at this location has improved immensely from what it was in years past. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to this location.

Based on TODAY'S experience (3/3/2022), it was excellent!
Despite being very busy, the service was quick, the two people at the drive-thru that I interacted with were very pleasant, polite, and smiling!
I ordered a sausage and cheese McGriddle, which is usually fairly good, but this was most excellent.
It was obviously very fresh, the outside was lightly crispy as it supposed to be, the inside was soft and fluffy, the sausage was hot and juicy, and the cheese was nice and melty.
Nice job everyone!

I was served in a timely manner, and the woman who helped me seemed to genuinely care about my experience. This was a pleasant surprise since most. Customer service employees (understandably) don't go above and beyond. I've only had good experiences at this location.

I was greeted warmly sooth a cheerful "good morning" at the drive through speaker and again at both windows. Food was hot and my order was correct, even though I was there right as it was time to switch from breakfast to lunch.

Great service stopped because I was lost enjoyed a nice cold drink while I waited to figure out where I was. Thank goodness for their wifi. 😀

I just went through drive through and whoever the lady that is tending the cash rn was so nice! I got a wonderful compliment that made my day! I wish I got her name so I could give her the personalized shout out. With everything going on rn and the heat I know this can’t be an easy job and people are so mean and yet she stays positive and friendly.

The food here is always hot and great taisting. I have received great services from them and have had no camplaits. The employees have been great letting me know the employees let me know of the fantastic deals they have to offer. Also the have perfect hours of operations so that when I get off from work I can grab a meal before going home. They even offer Uber eats for dwlivery.

The manager was awesome and she made sure I got what I asked for and then some ♥ love giving credit to hard workers in any industry and I know how frustrating it can be sometimes working in customer service. So to the pretty lady who made magic with the frappe this morning thank you 🤗

Breakfast is great for in a hurry huger. We’re friendly and quick with service.

I only ordered one thing, and the two cars ahead had larger orders. They didn't make me wait and gave me my fries right after I paid for them!

Went to this McDonald’s after my horrible experience tonight at westnedge McDonald’s, and they were so much nicer and friendlier. Whoever the lady was working drive through tonight 11/30 was fantastic.

Just had an amazing experience with our Attendant, KayKay. She has a stellar personality and made our large family feel so welcome. She threw away our tray for me, and engaged with our children. Just an wonderful person. Thank you KayKay, for your help.

Good job to this store they are so much more efficient. Ice cream machine works 😃
