I never knew places like this exsisted! I was very happy to learn about Rapunzel's, because having to deal with lice, really sucks. But Jennie was very nice,caring, empathic, informative, great with my daughter & Granddaughter and she was professional. Jennie stated she had 16 years of experience.

Jennie gave me information about Lice, I never knew before. Example: Lice DON'T jump on you from 10 ft, (like I was told when I was A child) and You can only catch Lice, with head to head contact. (So be careful and mindful when taking selfies 🤳 )

I definitely would recommend to friends, family and strangers, who don't have the time or ability to check their own heads.

It cost $15 to have your head checked for lice and eggs. If you have to have a treatment done, it's $159 (worth every penny) AND Rapunzel's gives a 30 day guarantee as long as you have everyone in the home checked and cleared.

1 last thing. My car broke down in front of the business, and Jennie didn't leave until she knew my daughter and I were safe and OK. I really liked that. Most people don't do that. And I really appreciated her for everything.

Absolutely amazing boutique. Leave the place and the my kids were lice free. As long as you follow their steps, you will be golden. Great staff, they gladly help give knowledge about lice and prevention, they are great with children. When unfortunate things like lice happen, it's awesome to be able to be uplifted during the stress of dealing with lice. Highly recommend.

We found 1 very large female lice on a towle after our daughters shower. My wife found this place on line and and Tori has been EXTREAMLY helpfull and informative. We cought this very early according to Tori so this was a great place to come and WAY better than buying an over the counter kit. Well worth the price and piece of mind
