I can't even count the times the pharmacy staff has gone above and beyond to help me solve problems, that were completely my problems on my end, but they always do everything they possibly can to help in any way. They are the kind of people that deserve a Christmas card 😁

My urgent care prescription was ready even faster than the “prescription in process” text stated it would be even thought they were very busy with vaccines. The technician was efficient and friendly. Please be nice to your pharmacy staff everyone. Their duties are ever expanding with never enough help.

Update- another great experience a year later. Again my prescription was ready before I left urgent care. The technician that helped me check out was kind and efficient.

Megan and others have always been extremely helpful and friendly. I just moved back from Florida and it's a night and day difference between here and there. Be thankful for what u have here in Grand Haven MI and the incredible staff and friendly help. It can always be way worse thanks for all the staff does to help at meijer GH pharmacy! 👍🏼🙂

Everyone is polite but the lines are usually very long. Mperks is a plus! I usually don't have to wait long on the phone. Requests are faxed to doctor's in a very timely manner. It's best to request meds in the morning and pick them up later in the day. If I wait in store, it's usually a 45 minutes wait minimum. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and always can help me find what I'm looking for on the shelves.
