Chick Inn Drive in

We had nice experience at this little drive-in. The food was good! Paul Bunyan burger hit the spot! Nicely seasoned and cooked! Deep fried beef cheesesteak was a pleasant surprise- great flavor! Nice gem tucked in the neighborhood, a must try!

Was looking for a quick bite to eat while in the neighborhood and their service was quick, clean and delicious. I recommend the mango pineade it's really refreshing in the heat and the Paul Bunyan burger almost bested my boyfriend. It's like if Sonic was stuck in the 60s but better.

Authentic old Ypsi drive-in right down to the speakers used to order. My 8 year old demanded we go back the next day for the chicken nuggets again. They _were_ really good; perfectly crispy. I had a cheese burger and onion rings (again, perfectly crisp). We try to visit at least once when we are in town.

I loved this place. It's a drive in that isn't just burgers and hotdogs. It has so much potential to be so much more but for now I liked the retro decorations (like the toy cars on the menu) and the food was good we had chicken strips, cheese sticks and a shake all very good.

I hope with social distancing and people trying to stay safe this place gains more traction. It is definitely a hidden gem of Ypsilanti!

The place could use some updates but the food is solid, reasonable prices and we always have great service. We love the Paul Bunyan burger!

Best milkshakes in the Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti area! The dill in the chicken strips is amazing, and the onion rings are to die for!

Fun, 50s retro drive-in vibe.

This was the quintessential drive through experience in the 1950s. This place is very true to form with it greasy burgers that taste wonderful. Updated for the 21st century as they do take credit cards 😄.

My Momma use to go there when she was in high school and took us kids for a treat. I use to take my kids there. I’m now in my 50’s and live out of state but every time we go back to Michigan we always stop by for a bite. Paul Bunyan burger is great. Onion rings are nice and crispy. Milkshakes are a wonderful treat. It’s a very nostalgic place.

I got fried Phillysteak and chicken dog. They tasted amazing. customer service was good too. I also got blue cream soda and highly recommend it

Nice friendly atmosphere. Very casual relaxed place to find a quick bite to eat. Something for everyone. The kids like the chicken.

After driving by for many years I decided to stop.. hamburger and fries were good. As I was waiting I noticed their unusual menu.. a bit of Korean flair in American takeout (the Bulgogi loaded fries looked interesting)... I will have to stop buy again.

Highly recommend this place! Our first time here, but we will return!! The food runner Kyla served us and gave us GREAT service! She was very informative and we got our food fast and the shakes she had recommended hit the spot!! Good food at a great price, AND amazing service!!?? What more could a person ask for when eating out?!!? 5 stars across the board!

I actually go there for a friend but I've had their hoagies and I love them I like their chicken sandwiches and my friend she just I think she loves the hoagies as well and the french fries they're actually good I really like the restaurant and it's really convenient for us because it's right up the street 2 minutes away from my house and that makes it so much easier for me to go and pick up her order regularly funny

A drive up restaurant , what could be cooler. The outside may look a little worn. But it has great food and great service.

Never would have imagined the food would be so good. Banana shake with real banana. Patty melt was delicious. Service was fast.

This place is both a throwback and the exact thing I needed during these strange times. It's a legit drive-in burger joint with fresh ingredients. They have massive burgers, made fresh to order, for a reasonable price. Then pair it with a nice milkshake flavored with actual ingredients - not syrups with artificial flavors and colors. It's all priced fairly and served quickly. No dangerous dining room experience needed. We had a great meal there, and I will definitely be back.

A couple of times a year we do basically a hotdog bar hop. Always gotta end the tour here because it's the funnest of the environments of all the hotdog spots. I can't imagine how cool it must've been when it first opened! But there's another reason we end it there, they got the best coney dogs and the coolest carhop. There's a lady with a server book that looks like it's a Van Gogh painting and she's super friendly and courteous. I hope this place stays forever.

They have the best fries in town! Seriously. They're delicious. And their sandwiches are always good. I thought the patty melt was best until I had the fried chicken burger! Floats, milkshakes...you can't make a wrong choice!
