Cole and Nick were thorough, efficient and pleasant to work with. They explored all options for fixing a loud noise coming from my furnace/duct area. They researched and explained all my options and completed the job in a very short time. I would definitely use them again.

We have had LMHCP out to our very old home twice in recent months for plumbing service. Each time they were kind, thorough, and courteous to us. The plumbers listened to our concerns, evaluated the problem, and came up with a plan quickly. Plumbing repairs are expensive but they have always provided honest, trustworthy recommendations. We feel the team here really has our best interest in mind, which isn’t always the case these days. I believe Eli helped us the first time and then we had Chris and Nick (an apprentice) for the most recent visit. 10/10!

Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came out to fix a disastrous “handy man” special. From the time I called, to the time the work was completed, they were in constant communication. The service technicians were prompt, explained everything, and were professional. They fixed the shotty job someone else did. Now we don’t have to worry about issues moving forward.

I had to get some gas line plumbing done for my new gas stove and Eli was a huge help. He explained things in a way I would understand and was super kind. Definitely recommend this company!

Highly recommend! I had them out for a second opinion after another company came out to inspect my furnace and quoted me $3300 for repairs. Lake Michigan came out and all the things that I was told needed replaced did not actually need to be fixed and my furnace was running fine and no repairs needed! They were wonderful and definitely call them first.

This was my first time scheduling an appointment with this business. Unlike some of the businesses I have dealt with locally, Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing didn’t put profits ahead of the customer. I was given a solid idea as to what to do next to properly maintain our plumbing. I was only charged $89 for the service call and not the expertise the plumber brought. I will definitely call them again when I need help.

They repaired a gas leak for us and did a great job. Very thorough evaluation, installation, and double checking their own work. The service was above and beyond and due to the urgent nature of it very fast. Great communication as well. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Chris and Tyler installed a new water driven sump pump backup for us. They were very upfront about what was involved and worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, they showed us what they had done and explained how it all worked.

Recently had my furnace quit working and I called Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. They were able to come out the same day and assess the issues. Cole was very thorough in his evaluation of the furnace and offered me options (repair or replacement). Due to the age of the unit I decided to replace it with a new higher efficiency model. Cole and Nick came out two days later and installed it. They went over what they did, how the unit functions and I am a happy (and warm) customer!!

Chris (plumping) and Coke (HVAC) came out for a service call and were prompt, friendly, and patient as I took turns listening to each explain their assessments. They broke down all my options realistically and didn’t pressure me toward any specific course of action. I’m not particularly knowledgeable about house stuff and felt very taken care of with them both, and both were friendly and welcoming to us as relatively new GR residents. And when Chris discovered the water line I wanted turned off was rusted shut, he was able to quickly and safely replace the pipe section. Fully recommended.

I have a newborn, 2 year old, and 4 year old at home and my furnace was not staying on throughout the night. I called and got scheduled less than 48 hours! Cole was knowledge, professional, and helpful! We appreciated having an in depth explanation of what was happening with our furnace and gas line. I feel like I can trust this company because Cole was transparent and offered me multiple options. We plan on sticking with Lake Michigan Heating, cooling, and plumbing in the future. Especially when it's time to buy a new furnace, now that I know they offer 0% interest and 18 months financing. I definitely feel like Cole came into my home to help us solve this issues we were experiencing. I am so thankful I called this company.

I’m gonna go ahead and say that Lake Michigan HCP is top-notch! We called them to help take care of a sump pump that wasn’t draining correctly…Eli came out, got together a plan of attack, and executed it with the help of Nick, in what seemed to be no time at all. Lake Michigan HCP was able to come out quickly when I called about a leak. So quickly that it was less than two hours from discovery to fix for our toilet issue. Chris was super friendly, offered me a quick solution, and made future recommendations as well. Will definitely be calling them in the future.

Daniel is very professional and informative. He took the time to assess my old furnace, took pictures of the problems, explained in detail and gave me an estimate for the cost to fix it. He also described the options for cost of a new furnace with accessories. He and his associate installed the new furnace expertly and speedily. Its truly a blessing to have heat again.

We had an excellent experience working with both the office staff and our technician. The initial call was a positive experience as I provided details of our plumbing issues. Detailed questions were asked, an appointment scheduled, and details of next steps outlined. The onsite technician showed up on time, was up to speed on our plumbing issues, provided options for a shower leak and garbage disposal. (The communication between their office staff and technician was seamless, which is/was really appreciated). The work was quick, clean and follow up walk-through thorough.
