RKP Management Rentals

RK took management of my properties and helped turn my business around. They are both personal and professional and work for you! I had a hard time trusting any company after 2 bad experiences from other companies, but Ratan showed me they are a cut above.

I currently stay at on of there properties in Cincinnati and since it’s been taken over by this company they have been neglecting their maintenance duties I had a pest control problem in my house out of no where and it took them weeks to get back to me and come spray they went up on my rent at resigning time and made me change from month to month to a year lease and I already been here a year And didn’t add any new amenities actually there making me pay water and trash now in a apartment complex I absolutely hate this company and the people that work for the company are very rude and have very very bad customer service. Listen to me don’t rent from them.

This is a predatory rental company out to make a quick buck. They bought my complex recently and are implementing a $400 rent hike at resign (more than a 50% increase!) since they’ve taken over they have stopped doing pest control indoors and the grass has never been more embarrassing. Our old company was on top of it all and clearly communicated any changes coming to tenants. I only found out about the rent increase because I called for something unrelated and happened to ask the right questions.

I’ve been living here for 5 years new management been without water for 5days just gave me a month ago to move and now trying to put me out in 7days infested with roaches mold no i will not recommend this

Ratan is a scam artist. He spends most of his time in court and paying fines for trying to cover up his problem. He likes to put Band-Aids on his rentals which lands him in court

Took 2 years to get house sprayed for bed bugs. Had to turn to the city to force them to spray. Then they sprayed once and shut down shop.

Left without power for 5 days said they were sending an electrician and supposed to have brought an extension. Cord but left for holiday weekend without even trying to help..sad

Extremely unprofessional property management. They have no pictures for any of their properties and show no interest in giving accurate information about property over the phone.

Pésimo servicio de mantenimiento
Nosotros firmamos contrato con French construction en enero de este año y a mediados del mismo la propiedad que alquilamos paso a manos de RKP pero nunca dejaron ninguna carta ningún papel ni nada que nos indicara a quien contactar en caso de emergencia ni siquiera de como podríamos pagar la renta a partir de hora tuvimos que recurrir a un vecino para que nos explicará que es a través de una aplicación que se manejaría eso a partir de hora,
Desde el viernes pasado por la madrugada se estropeó nuestro aire acondicionado y hemos estado tratando de contactar con mantenimiento desde entonces pero en la aplicación que es el único método de contacto que tenemos no dan respuesta y no hay ningún número de teléfono o correo con el cuál podamos contactar s mantenimiento tuvimos que preguntar a lis vecinos para conseguir algún número de la empresa (al cuál tampoco contestan en todas las ocasiones en que tratamos llamarlos) inclusive tratamos de contactar directamente con sus técnicos de mantenimiento para ver si podrían ayudarnos pero nos dicen que no pueden sin la autorización de la empresa
