Convienient to the hotel we stayed. Since they did not have on-site parking. Use the app to get the best rates.

This is a very convenient location being adjacent to the convention center. Parking prices tend to fluctuate; normal days are $10 for 24 hours. There is no parking attendant so you need to make sure you pay the machine. The machine requires your license plate number and if you input it incorrectly or do not pay to park, you will get a ticket (saw an unfortunate vehicle). There isn’t much security (fencing, boom sticks, CCTV, etc.) but we had no problems.

Great location and ease of access but there's a chance of scammers at the entrance. On Sunday 4-07-19 during Wizard World St Louis, a guy was out front taking money from cars even though the lot has an automated pay kiosk. I knew I was conned when I realized that I had no ticket or receipt to prove that I had paid for the spot, AND I witnessed several other cars blowing right by this guy and into the lot because they knew he wasn't for real. I got out of my car and paid the kiosk for my ticket after watching this guy work for awhile. Oh well, lesson learned I guess. I'll still use this lot in the future, but I guess I'll just ignore anyone standing in front?

Edit: we had a representative call us after we left a message to make good on the incident. We were not expecting anything to come of it so we were pleasantly surprised :)

Made use of the QR code to park. Not as easy when registering, but great check out was easy.

My car was still there when I returned. It was a good day!

I just wanna say great lot ,and new pavement or patch work on some dips on an entry way would do good.

Parked here for the Metallica concert Friday and Sunday. 11/3 and 11/5. No issues. Easy to get in and out. $40 was a little steep in my opinion but I didn't want to drive around and compare prices.

Don’t ever use this place, truck was broken into and there was security driving around the parking lot the whole time. Several others were broken into as well. Horrible horrible place and will never be back.

Car got broken into, no cameras on lot. Not the best place if you want your vehicle to be safe

Careful my car was broken into. Saw 5 other cars broken into.

Terrible customer service, multiple accounting errors. Awful.
