You've hired great people at this location. 11-5 at 1:11pm I visited this location as I did every day for 3 weeks. They were so nice and attentive, even when I made the mistake of not ordering all I wanted. There were cars behind me and Madison said I needed to go back around, and rightly so. It was my fault. A different lady(African American) had me to park and took care of me. Two days later I leave my credit card, the next day they returned it to me. Wendy's job well done in hiring the staff you've chosen!

We had coupons from Halloween for free Jr. Frosty's! I Love Wendy's but they are a lot on the very pricey side. We ordered two of their New Pretzel Bun Burgers. They were pretty tasty, but Definitely NOT Worth $11 Each, and that's Just for the sandwich alone; NOT the Meal. That was almost $15! Nooo Way!! The Bun alone was an extra upcharge of $1.80 Each!! 😳 YIKES!!

Used the app and picked up inside. Special ordered double stack cheeseburger and it was made just as ordered. Hot and delicious!

Amazing restaurant! Also, the first job I got when I was released from my own self-imposed hell, and though it didn't last long it gave me a sense of hope that can't be destroyed. God Bless Wendy's Restaurant!

The order taker was absolutely amazing. Kind friendly service. Both the ladies at the window greatest me a big smile. My order was hot and fresh and fast. Good job 👍

After eating fast food all week this Wendy's managed to get it right. Hot fresh and reasonably fast. I really appreciate the hard work, I feel there's a need for a positive response not a negative one. Keep up the good work ladies and gents.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience today here at Wendy’s of Muskegon! The employees were happy, smiling and very energetic! I was blessed to be in the company of such happiness in a restaurant! Fast service, clean dining room and bathrooms!

My sandwich and fries were hot and fresh. The service was great.

Went in here for a quick meal on the way home after a long day. The drive up was closed for whatever reason and.so.i had to go in which was a slight inconvenience but they were pretty quick getting orders out and were friendly even though you know they were somewhat stressed with the situation at hand.

Drive thru workers are AWESOME!

Wendy's was outstanding I don't care what anybody has to say the four for four menu is the balm for $4 you get a meal where else can you do that at a fast food restaurant that's about it I would recommend anybody go there delicious food politeness when you go to get service from the people and everything was good

Food was fast and it was good other than a few of the tables were a little dirty. They had crumbs and cutlery on multiple tables. Clean after yourself.

The service is alright but they need to work a little more on customer service.
