Nick with State Farm was very helpful and I think he could tell I was a bit hesitant. But he was professional and persistent, gave me periodic updates as well as checking on my status until we were able to make an arrangement that worked for me. Very good customer service, will recommend to anyone in need of new insurance or a better rate.

Everyone was helpful and gave me an affordable rate. Compared to other insurance companies State farm is the best on the market.

She always made sure I got the best deals for my policy, stayed on top of my renewal and what would be best moving forward. Great experience with Emily! Very friendly and genuinely wanted to save me money. After working the numbers with her, it would not have saved me much to switch in my particular scenario. But instead of trying to sell me anyway, she was straightforward and even agreed that unless I had any other reason to switch, I might as well stay where I'm at, especially if I'm happy with my current service. I appreciate when honest people show they are really out for your best interest, even if it means not doing business with them. Would encourage anyone looking to call and see if they can do anything for you.
