Very shady business. Listed a for sale with offers due as of 12/15 then randomly decided to update the offers due to 12/2 with no notice. This is unethical and an illegal practice within the real estate world, but not shocked coming from this “business”. Many folks wait to see a home closer to the offers due deadline due to having more information on the home to give a more competitive offer. I would’ve seen the house earlier had I known the offer due date was changing (which it cannot). I even called Tom to discuss this and he was EXTREMELY rude, wouldn’t allow me to ask questions, combative, then hung up on me. Don’t do “business” with this dude.

They changed the date that offers were due by 10 days and didn't give interested buyers an opportunity to get an offer in. Owner is refusing to speak with anyone and make this right. Don't work with them.

Very sketchy company. They do not follow the rules and regulations under the state of Michigan. BEWARE

Worst Realtor! Unfortunately my husband and I found a house listed by Anthony (Tony) Debartolo. He was a nightmare to deal with. He is not professional, ethical or honest. Tony was a poor communicator through the entire process. It sometimes took days to get a simple response from him. He would answer simple inquiries with attitude as if we were idiots for even asking. We wanted to know the source for the water in the basement before writing an offer. His response "Knot in office today. Obviously basement has leaked. Source of water is a
leak. Seller has already turned down offer of $______". Turned out that the source of the water was not a leak but a broken sump pump. His license should be revoked.

Shady people who don't know how to make money honestly. They knowingly participated in an illegal sale of a house whose ownership was disputed. Only reason they were able to do this is because courts were backed up due to COVID. Also, notice how most of the positive reviews involve hastily selling properties for the seller for more than they're worth. (i.e. ripping off buyers).
