I absolutely LOVE St Farm's representatives.
They are always very helpful no what I may need or ask. Specifically Kayla and Sarah.
I can't say enough about how genuine and helpful they are. I've had many offers to join other insurance agencies but why fix something that is not broken. All insurance companies worth their salt are pricey. I'd rather pay for an outstanding and reputable company like St Farm because I understand exactly what I am getting. I also take comfort in knowing that my family is well taken care of. Shout out to the Kerr Agency St. Farm for a job well done!

The Kerr Agency has been an amazing place to work with! They have helped us in our time of need. We were with USAA after the tornado of Aug 23, USAA was horrible. Do not recommend USAA they do not back their military/veterans. My family, the Nawara Family has used the Kerr agency for over 20 years and now we are following in their foot steps. When making claims in the past they have been on top of ensuring we knew what was going on every step of the way. Ensuring we were safe and helped with any need. When we went back to them, Sarah was on it to ensure we have the coverage we needed and made it super easy for us to move over. I would recommenced working with them as soon as possible to save money as well. They were cheaper than USAA as well. You can not go wrong using them for your insurance needs! They make you feel like family and they care about your family it isn't the pass around game like it was with USAA. USAA contracted us out to a 3rd party for the Tornado damage and it was hell for us. We had already been through a tornado why do we want to have to fight to get our home fixed.
