Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I don't know where to begin about this place. I went in on a whim because a smoothie sounded good. I had just previously given up Pepsi and was looking for an alternative. I found one, boy did I find one. There was not one smoothie I did not like. Yes, I tried them all. We were there almost 3 months. Towards the middle of our stay I started adding different sandwiches, wraps and flatbread. Again, I loved them all. I had only been going once a day but I'm almost embarrassed to say how often I was going in. The staff. Oh my goodness gracious, the staff was beyond superb. The managers are the some of the best folks I've met in a long time. Jacob is one of my favorites. 😁 There were a few of the girls I really liked too. They are all good people. I'm so sad we left the area because of two reasons, one being I don't get to see their SMILING faces and two, I have lost 27.5 pounds during my stay and "experiment". I no longer eat fast food. Rob & Bonnie put me on a clean path of eating. Thank you Rob & Bonnie for being some of the most awesome people I have ever met. I added a before and after pic of my results.

Always love Tropical Smoothie when we find one as we don't have one near us. Have never had anything I didn't like, and there's really something for everyone on the menu.

Always a good option when in a hurry and not trying to eat garbage. The smoothies are obviously good. The Flatbreads, wraps, and sandwiches are usually tasty as well.

My brothers and I went here after work (we work 3rds), someone took our order and made our smoothies quickly. It was a good experience. I love the decor and color scheme of the place.

Awesome smoothies! Also the sandwiches are amazing! Had the Flat bread Chipotle Chicken Club. Amazing. Great people, Great food.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with amazing customer service. The staff was very attentive and the smoothie was amazing! Had a great conversation with the manager, you could tell he cared for his employees. Such a great team, the family dynamic and culture of this establishment was outstanding. Thank you Jacob!

A must visit for all your smoothie needs!

It's almost shameful how many times I have visited this corner establishment in the last 6th months. My mother and I have become addicted to the smoothies that they are serving.

The Interior and counter top are kept very tidy. The walls and decorations are bright and colorful, and definitely brings in a equatorial sense to a grey, cold city.

The amount of smoothie and food you get for the price is more than fair. I've had nearly every flavor that they've had to offer on the menu as far as smoothies go, but what food I've had has been delicious as well.

They offer a variety of smoothie flavors and ingredients. They have more fruit oriented choices, leafy green options, and thicker protein shake-like smoothies available for selection. They also advertise a new flavor every now and then, which make choosing something new an option throughout the year.

The wait for a smoothie is never overly long, but there is a wait regardless. However, the time spent waiting on food is slightly longer than that of the smoothie.

The service has always been kind to me. They have a clear plastic protector in front of the register, so at times they are unable to hear me (on top of the blenders that are constantly running), but they are never openly irritated or annoyed by repeat instructions.

I'd recommend this place at any time of the day, and for those craving something light and filling. In particular, I enjoy Tropical Smoothie for a middle of the day lunch.

My favorite is sunrise sunset smoothie and the Quesadillas are great. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had issues on two occasions with ordering online...yet I'm still leaving a 5-star review. Why?

Three reasons:

1) The manager (Bonnie) was super awesome with regards to remedying the issues. She was genuinely disappointed for us, and that also made a good impression on me.

2) The employees have been really nice every time I've been in (four times...so far).

3) The food and smoothies are delicious.

Obviously, I would strongly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe. (But maybe order in-person?)

Baja chicken wrap is so good! There are so many different smoothie combinations to try!

Great spot for any meal any time of year. Today I got the Detox smoothie which is naturally sweetened with fresh ginger. It is so delicious and refreshing! Pressed sandwiches, quesadillas, wraps and bowls make great on-the-go meals any season. Staff is great.

Always delicious, little cafe menu food items are quite tasty too! The apple and kale coleslaw is AMAZING!! Just wish there was more than one size smoothie to choose from since ai never finish the whole thing.

I eat lunch here almost everyday. Love the chicken quesadilla. Love the smoothies. Always get me my food in a timely manner. I highly recommend you try this place out. I'm picky. So if I'm not complaining. This is definatly a place to try

Took my son here, we ordered...our smoothies came out right away.....my sons food within 5 mins of our smoothies. My food came out quickly and promptly. But I’m missing one small item! I approach counter to ask where my food is (granted 4 other customers are in here)...they gave my food to another customer. Which turned out to be fine cus they needed it more than me and the staff is very sensitive to customers needs. Then when they do bring it 30 mins total has passed then dont receive the side salad....get the salad then no utensils! At this point I’m not mad, but confused. When I ask to speak to a Manager they send out a kid that is not the manager, but honestly is as good as. His name was Carlos I think and he was helpful and knowledgeable! Can’t reccomened this place or Carlos enough ! Thanks for the great service!

The food was pretty good! I will be honest and say that I didn't pay for my food so idk what the prices were. I assume probably kinda high so until I go back, it'll stay a 5 star review.

I've been here a couple times with the gf. Its always quick and easy. They make great smoothies and are also kind. If you're a fan of smoothies. This is the place!

Smoothies were amazing. Staff was incredible. They helped me decide what to order, then brought the food out in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently tried Tropical Smoothie for the first time and loved it. But today I am trying breakfast instead of just a smoothie. WOW! The Southwest Wrap is absolutely heavenly!! I highly recommend breakfast here!! 👏
