I loved working with State Farm. This was my first time getting my own car insurance and they explained everything to me and answered all of my questions! I felt it was very personable and attentive service I was able to get a really good rate as well! Thanks to my team member Louie and my agent Nate!

When life tosses you a curveball or a crisis, it's imperative to know that someone knowledgeable and experienced is on your side to back you up and help you navigate back to where you were. I find it comforting to know that when you need them, your speaking to Nathan and his team on the phone here in town, not a call center overseas. As a bonus, I get to see his smiling face looking over my shoulder on a billboard as I merge onto 28th St., gently reminding me to use my blinker, watch my speed and drive defensively to keep those rates down. I have been talking to Coty regarding my insurance, and he is very professional and kind. Answered all of my questions, there was a lot of them. Also saved me a bit of money by switching. I would definitely recommend using them.

To add to my review I want to say thank you to Nate and Coty, they both helped when I got into an accident to get the claim resolved so I am able to get my vehicle fixed. It took quite a few calls/emails between us and claims but it went in my favor thankfully. That would not have been possible without their help.

Our conversations initiated with Coty Prins where had advised us in making a shift on our insurance in order to help us out (since we weren't covered anymore in our previous policies). Then through a conversation with Nate Smith we were able to close the deal and get covered by State Farm (he stayed after hours to help us out). Both Coty and Nate represent State Farm phenomenally in this process and are great representations of people you want on your side. Great experience.
