I love this location. Kenzie and Connie and the whole team are amazing. Super friendly and accurate when they make my orders and they call me by name and know my drink and carry friendly conversation even if I ordered in drive thru. I love the notes Kenzie leave for me on my orders. They are the highlight of my days and know how to make my day is the best and would try to stop at this location and say hi to them and get my drink at least 3 times a week. In my personal opinion this team are the best Starbucks location in all USA. I wish that all the places had a great team like this even my work place.

Always busy, this location consistently serves delicious drinks with a friendly smile. I have been coming here for year's, and I’ve never had a negative experience. Convenient location on the corner of Riley and US 31. Check out the cute dog in the drive-through picture!

Great Starbucks experience again!!! Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Food is always a know quantity of being really good. The dragon drink (1st time trying) was amazing. Quick and efficient. The 4 star on atmosphere is the outdoor seating is great, but traffic noise bumps it down one star. Not a reason not to go here, but worth noting if you prefer outdoor dining with a little better ambiance.

Went here today asked for the young lady to make me a large favorite of hers and let me just it was amazing, wished I would of gotten her name but I didn't want to hold the drive thru up so to the young lady who made it today THANK YOU it was amazing!

Just short staffed and probably very underpaid staff, you need to to be paid starting wage of $17! Maybe you wouldn't have to lock the Cafe doors and wait forever in lines 😡, thank you to the one's who do come to work everyday you ROCK ! 💪🙌👍🥰

They always have a smile and are very polite! I love their service so much and they always know how to make me have an amazing day. The quality is always amazing and I love that!

😫lobby was closed, so I had to drive around and get in the back of the long line. But it was worth waiting for it because they remade my mocha latte it was nice and hot. Thanks....

Mr owners! Start paying your employees $17 AN HOUR! maybe this will stop SLOW SERVICE! AT BOTH LOCATIONS 5 ☆ for Mz, Taylor rocking out drinks ALL BY HERSELF, as the other took orders and the other only helped herself to a free drink and walked to the the back with a full lobby of customers! Shame on you 😕

My dogs love coming by for a pup cup and drinks for mom and dad!

I have seen tons of improvement in this location over the last several months! They have worked hard to increase efficiency, they spend much more tune monitoring their drinks carefully and the staff is pleasant. Great job on the improvements.

New floor plan is smaller but it feels more open

The gal at the cash register was a little snippy. Not everyone should be working with customers. In fact, she could have used some of the training those chick fillet employees down the road received. Now THAT is some hospitality!

Always a favorite place to go to while on vacation. Got our daughter at iced Chai Grande. She loves then at Starbucks!!

Came here this morning after a trip to Holland. Hope is an amazing barista and has excellent customer service skills! You can tell this location has a drive to keep customers satisfied! We waited about ~8 mins and she said because we waited she was going to comp one of our beverages for us. It made our day! Thank you Hope ( :

Used the app and accidentally drove to the wrong Starbucks. The staff was very understanding and made our drinks anyways! We called the other Starbucks to let them know and they were also very understanding and thankful we let them know. Overall Starbucks in this city have extremely friendly employees. They were all working so hard too!

The coffee was good (as to be expected). The prices are what they are, if not a little steep. Staff was super friendly and efficient. This particular Starbucks has a rather modern feel to the interior. There's always a line and they still seem to move through it quite quickly.

Yesterday morning, around 11:30, I stopped at this location. I wanted a less caffeine and less sugar option. I'm grateful for the friendly person who made suggestions, took and prepared my order. After she made my delicious drink, she smiled through her mask when I said thank you. That encounter made my day!

I've only been here a couple of times because I am not a big coffee drinker, but every now and then I do splurge a bit and get myself a cappuccino.
The coffee drinks are exceptional here though a bit expensive, but really worth it.
I haven't gotten any of their limited edition coffees but the ones that I did get were so good and the people that waited on me were super nice, which I really appreciate. It's nice when they can carry on a short conversation with you instead of just taking your 💰 money and handing you your coffee.

Tastes like liberals... I'd go back
