Cumin Fresh Indian Kitchen

One of our go-to takeout places in GH. The people who work here are so kind. We love the butter chicken, lamb or chicken korma, and paneer saag. Garlic naan is always amazing, and if you're feeling a fun appetizer, the chicken momo are delicious. Seriously, everything I've had here is great. I can't praise it enough and I'm so happy we have a wonderful indian restaurant like this in town.

Note: This place is usually pretty packed on weekends, so service slows down a lot because they have limited staff. I've seen some people get huffy about this, so please remember to practice patience or just order it takeout. :)

Everything was delicious. Highly recommended for Indian food. I think the cost was reasonable for two people was 65 dollars. We got an appetizer and two meals.
Our 1st time dining in here was a Saturday night. We were in no rush and it was a very busy night for them with take out orders. We were in the restaurant for 1.5 hours
The made a mistake on our order but quickly resolved the issue.

This is my son's favorite restaurant! We've never had a bad experience here and the food has always been great. I'm so glad we have an Indian restaurant like this close to us.

First time, was very happy with. The chick pea batter on the chicken pakora was delicious and the chicken was tender. I really liked the lamb dish you could taste all the spices. I ordered number 2 spice, it had a bit of kick so glad I didn’t do the 3 and the lose flavor of dish. The butter chicken also had good flavor and the chicken was tender. We had plain naan bread also. I don’t believe they are doing fine in based on the way the tables were stacked but I may be wrong. I look forward to trying more! Pricing is reasonable although the lamb dish was $18 but I’m sure the meat is more expensive.

I love coming to this place. They are very welcoming!!! And food, mmmm too good💚🤍🧡 I ordered Chicken Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala and Garlic Nann! Spicy level 2. Was spicy enough for us.

The food is very good for an Indian restaurant in small town Michigan. It was all cooked to order and came out hot. There is an eggplant chat that was to die for. Highly recommend giving it a try. My only criticism is that service was slow to take our order due to chatting with a customer. I overlooked it though because it showed a friendly atmosphere.

Took the whole family, wanted to try something new. Everyone loved the flavor, I really enjoyed being able to have less heat while my son was able to have the spice level 5. Staff was great, kept our water filled and food came quick and fresh/hot.

The egg plant chat was something I had for the first time and it was simply amazing. I highly recommend the egg plant chat. We also tried the Panneer vindaloo and it tasted really good! The owners were very friendly and I loved the service as they made us feel welcomed. I would surely visit the restaurant when I’m around in the area again!

Fantastic tasting food! The staff and service was prompt and very friendly. It feels like the owner takes a lot of pride in the restaurant based on the nice table setting and quality of food. I recommend the chicken biryani. I thought the "Spicey" level of seasoning was not actually that hot.

This has been our favorite restaurant for a while. The kids always ask for it on Saturday afternoons when we get takeaway food. We also like eating in because it’s extremely informal so a good atmosphere for our small children. This review is for the new menu items! I loved the chili chicken momos and the kids loved the chicken chowmin. We can’t wait to come back and try thukpa and other momo types. Thanks Cumin!

Food was amazing I would highly recommend the butter chicken, daal fry, and garlic naans. We went there during the evening hours and we wanted chai (tea). The staff specially made for us. The food was perfect and the spice level was on point.

Wow!! First time getting take out from here and the food was fantastic. We ordered the butter chicken, chana masala, and garlic naan and all were amazing. We ordered a level 2 spice which was delicious but a tad spicy for us, would probably get level 1 spice next time. Highly recommend!!

I bought Paneer Tikka masala and saag Paneer with Rotis. It was very delicious. Spice level was perfect. Zeera (Cumin) rice was so fluffy. Best thing is that owners are very humble and it was nice to meet with them. Best Indian food in the town. Keep it up....

Delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommend the mango lasse and the mango rice dish. The nann and the dumplings were also excellent. We'll definitely go back again.

We ordered the Butter Paneer, and Mango Paneer. Both options were very tasty. They provided unlimited rice with our curries. The server was very nice. We also ordered a mango lassi, which was very good.

When you arrive be prepared to wait a little longer than you might usually. Our food took a little over 30 minutes to be served. I would recommend if you want the food order to go as you can arrive when the food is ready for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We had mulligatawny soup and garlic naan bread, mango lassi, onion pakora and curry. It might seem that the food is overpriced but when you consider the price of a junkie McDonalds Burger it is not. All the fresh spices and vegetables and the beautiful colors make it a real dining treat. Food is made fresh and using these kind of ingredients is not cheap so it is well worth the price. The staff at cCumin is very friendly as well. I always feel relaxed and blissful after eating Indian food😍
