I don’t usually go to coffee shops but I am so glad I did! Aza is so kind and happy to share her talents with each and every customer. If you don’t know what you want (like me) don’t worry! Aza will create the perfect cup of deliciousness for you!

Experience was very pleasant coffee was delicious I got any pumpkin spice white chocolate. They are very busy they're also very a on top of it.

So far each visit has been exceptional and team today did not disappoint. Quick service, quality preparation, and always a great experience at the window and the menu. While I haven't seen the inside (Drive-Thru guy here) the most important part is down, take care of a good team and they'll take care of you.

The pickiest members of my family (four legged and furry) absolutely adore this particular location for their top shelf pup cups!

Friendly staff who are willing to go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I have a caffeine intolerance and they make a point to make me a new delicious drink every week-- caffeine free.

The Grand Haven biggby is so fast. I'm used to long lines and slow service at the Norton Shores one. Like ten minutes to get a vegan bragel, and they make it seem like it's a burden and a hassle. But my sister and I didn't have to wait at all for our drinks and food. It was dazzling and wonderful. Thank you for your speedy service!

Let me start off by saying the staff is just awesome. I have been to several Biggby locations and the staff here are award winning compared to some of the other ones. This staff remembers all there regular customers orders by heart and loves to learn more about the people they are serving on a personal level. If you looked up customer service in the dictionary it would say Spring lake Biggby.

Love the owners, they're friendly and provide great service. Love my daily fix (24oz Caramel Marvel, hot, with an extra shot). 99.5% of the time taste is consistent regardless of time / day / who makes my drink.

Loved the staff; very friendly. I regret that I can't always choose this as my chain coffee choice. So much setter than Sbux! The coffee tastes good on it's own and the flavored drinks aren't overwhelmingly sweet.

Drive through service was quick, people were pleasant, and my order was prompt and correct.

Best Biggby location, staff are great, the owner works hard along side of staff. Coffee is ALWAYS good. Other Biggbys don’t even come close to the GH location. The coffee and service are MUCH better.

The key to Biggby is the excellent, friendly service. The coffee is not as carefully crafted as it is in a trendy coffee shop. The environment is franchisey. The calories can be a bit off the charts. But Biggby understands that we all treat ourselves and we live by habit. The drinks are good and they employees are all so nice, you can tell Biggby stresses good service, which leads to nice visits. For that reason, Biggby deserves your business to instead of Starbucks.

I love this store so much! It is by far the best in the area! The owners are lovely, and the workers are always quick :)
They also make great tea

My daughter gets a coffee everyday caramel marvel with the extra shot. And while visiting her I usually got a cold one. She gets a hot one. It was very good
