Picked up some windshield wipers here and had trouble putting them on. Returned to the store and the guys working there came out, figured out no way the wipers I bought would fit (even though the Rain-X app said they would), found ones that would and made the exchange. Great service!

I have been to this location a few times since moving to the area. Prior to today my visits were to utilize their UPS drop off and the staff has always been very friendly and efficient.
Today my visit was quite different because my battery decided to completely die (it was dead in the parking lot) but THANKS TO KYLE I was back on the road with a brand new battery in about 5 mins!

Mike saved the day today, it was rainy and nasty and cold and I'm terrible at time management skills and needed to be at work in about 17 minutes. Flipped wipers on and they straight fell apart, pretty sure I heard them laughing maniacally in sync with my immediate uproar in protest. Spotted this store en route (obvi attempting to be a completely irresponsible "adult" and rush to work 20 miles sans wipers) and took a chance. Mike had me back on the road in ten minutes, new wipers selected, installed, transaction finalized, with all the courtesy and professionalism (and pretty easy on the eyes if this matters to anyone but me, I don't know, but bonus points are points, ijs) I was so thankful someone handled a portion of adulting today and he didn't for one second make me feel like the dingbat I totally am for not having the foresight to expect crisis like this in greatest concentration when I'm running exceptionally behind. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE OR A DAY OFF OR AN ONLYFANS GIFTCARD OR SOMETHING BECAUSE WE TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR GRANTED YA'LL, AND THIS GUY DID IT ALL THE RIGHT WAYS!!! Thanks to you, hottie with a handle on things, you get 5 stats from the apologetic purple haired hot mess in the rain!

To the 2 guy's that were working Friday 8/18 from 1:00 to 5:00 Thank you. We broke down and had to get a battery bought it there and they replaced it. Although the battery was 5 years old and needed replacing there was a secondary problem the starter. These 2 guys bent over backwards trying to help me get going. When we figured out that it probably was the starter they were on the phone finding a place to replace my starter and they did. It was refreshing to experience employees that actually were concerned about getting the customer yes the customer taken care of and back in the road. Thanks again. Advanced Auto is lucky to have these guys representing there store.

My engine light was illuminated and took it to King Road location and they were INCREDIBLY helpful. Ran the diagnostic, even unhooked and reconnected battery to ensure correct reading.
