Matthew Weiss, DO

Visited Dr. Weiss with my 84 year old father to verify the level of care. Matthew is the perfect age - old enough to be experienced, but young enough to Google alternative drug names on his tablet in real time as my mother was asking about them. He could recite clinical trials, yet his caring personality and laid-back demeanor showed he was a "people person" too. I would highly recommend him for anyone older having age-related memory issues.

Awesome Doctor. Seems he will listen,exchange views and explain everything about my dad. Great personality and the office is prepared and sensitive to the family. Kudos doc.

Dr. Weiss is very caring and compassionate. He visited my husband in the hospital daily and took the time to explain his prognosis to my family.

Dr Weiss has now shifted his care to the hospital only. No more office visits or telehealth. They say that they are still using telehealth but that's not true. Was dropped after the last telehealth call with no heads up, just find another doctor. Heck of a way to treat your patients. At first Dr Weiss seemed to care, but after the pandemic that attitude really changed. Maybe retirement is better field to work in, just saying. Now here's some truths about the office. It's always been an issue trying to get prescription refills. There's always an excuse as to why it's not going to the pharmacy. It's funny how you give them the correct pharmacy address with the telephone number and they just can't get it right. Good riddance.

Every time I call the office, I get an answering machine, like the office isn't open. So I go to the online website and discover the office is actually open, they just don't want to be bothered with me! I am very unhappy with the service I have received; he rushed me through my appointment; I was in the office for a max of 30 minutes for a evaluation that should have taken a minimum of 1-2 hours. The way I see him is if he truly cared about his patients, he would have a secretary who would answer the phone as well as take appropriate time to get to know a patient before making a decision regarding his competency! I will not return to this office because he is neglectful of his patients and his staff are rude! I think you guys must have seen a different doctor than I did! It makes me very sad that he treated me so much different than other patients he sees. Makes me feel discriminated against. Wow, I don't get it!
