Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had the pleasure of dealing with Joshua Castro after an unfortunate circumstance. He was very professional and managed to give me some good news in a hard time. He was able to put me in a rental that made me more comfortable being back out on the road. He put personal matters over business needs and I would definitely recommend anyone going there for rental needs.

I had to change my times and in the end I even had to change my location, Victoria was not only helpful, but very professional and kind, she made everything go smoothly and as easy as possible. Thanks again!

That place cant tell ubwhat yr bill is for

Very hard to get a hold of someone at this location on Wednesday, 8/19 called many times throughout the morning, no one answered until in the afternoon. Told us we were on top of the list for a car on Tuesday and they would call back on Wednesday & deliver it to the house on Wednesday. On Wednesday there was no phone call saying they did not have a car, they still didn't have a car on Thursday then was told they had other customers on the list in front of us. Said they searched the district for a car, but then told us to contact another office in the district to see if they had any cars. - Terrible Customer Service. Would never use them again.

Awful. The car had bald tires. My sister in Ohio passed away and I requested another vehicle. No one called me back so I started driving from New Hampshire to Ohio and got a flat in Connecticut. No spare tire. Had to call for a tow. Then tow truck had to take me to the nearest Enterprise only to have them give me a truck in which I had to go buy pillows to sit on for the next 12 hours because the seat wouldn't adjust and couldn't see over the hood.

They tell one thing over phone and another thing when u get there Waste of ur time
