Sanchez Mexican Food

First time here, and I was blown away at how "pretty" the food was put together. It was authentic Mexican. Very good food! We will definitely be going back.

I walk by this place all the time on my way to work. The smell of the food coming from here is so overwhelmingly amazing that on my way home tonight I came in for dinner. The food was the most authentic and honestly the best Mexican food I have ever had. The fried chicken was better than most KFCs or Popeyes that I have been to. You can tell that there is an great amount of love and effort put into these meals. Staff was amazing as well. José is a very nice guy. I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food for a cheap price. I will definitely be coming in more often.

Tears were shed, hugs were exchanged, and feelings were felt. Their burritos are elite. . . special. . . and well worth your effort. My family ate there last week and they have something for everyone. Prices are super-fair, food is bonkers-good, and the good people who work here are as welcoming as you'd want. Get the carnitas burrito. Please. It's so so good.

Great food. My hubs got the steak omelet and loved it. He said the steak was good and not greasy (like it had been other places). I enjoyed the beans & aqua fresca.

Sanchez Mexican Food is THE MOST authentic tasting Mexican food in Saint George. For what you pay, you get a giant portion, and a great experience inside a clean, and welcoming restaurant.
The service was above what you’d expect from a small shop, and the food was so amazing. The beans are so fresh, and delicious!
From burritos, to empanadas, Sanchez Mexican restaurant has everything you’d want to eat. They have an assortment of drinks to choose from to compliment your meal as well. The Chile relleno had the meltiest cheese, and was perfectly fried, and sauced.

The Al Pastor was incredible, I dare say the best in town. Probably the best within 69 miles radius. And they make fresh corn tortillas which taste better than any corn tortilla you’ve probably had.

You guys deserve a 6 star rating.

We arrived ravenous in mid afternoon after a 3.5 hour mountain bike ride at the nearby Santa Clara River Reserve. The first clue we were in the right place was a smattering of Mexican dudes clearly enjoying their meals. Very warm and friendly greeting from the owner, and the food was ready faster than it took us to decide what to order. The chicken enchiladas and fajitas were, simply, delectable. Our attempts to eat mindfully and enjoy every bite were countered by our hunger and how delicious it was. Go hungry, depart satisfied. Enjoy.

Every time I come down here for work, I make it a point to stop by here for lunch or dinner. Best Mexican food around. Highly recommend.

Probably the most authentic Mexican food in Southern Utah. The Al Pastor is to die for! Excellent food! Good service!
Portions are large, and unless you have no taste buds at all, you won't leave hungry.
What got me when I first came here was the Horchata. Horchata is a sweet rice and cinnamon drink, and here it is homemade and super delicious!!
I can't say enough about this place. If you want some REAL Mexican food, this is the place to go.

I had a scrumptious chicken Chimichanga and spent an hour ruminating with a large group of friends and family. It is a small location and set up as a fast food style joint. That being said, they hustled to provide delicious meals for the nearly twenty in our party and in my opinion did it quickly and with few exceptions. I’d definitely say give ‘em a shot as I will be returning myself in the not to distant future.

Visiting Snow Canyon from Arizona. Great food, friendly staff. Would highly recommend. I'm gluten free and vegan and had some awesome tacos! The rest of my party had no food restrictions and loved every bite!

If you want real Mexican food, go here. Get the carnitas. Anything with carnitas there is solid. Their Mole is good too but carnitas is out of this world.

Great choice for Mexican food. They even had grilled cheese for our 2-year-old.

So if you have not tried Sanchez out you have to do it. Super fun and nice place. Food is outstanding. Oh and the hot sauce is amazing but wow it has kick and taste delightful.

Folks, after living in CA all my life and then moving out here to St George, this is the best Mexican food in town. There are some good ones, but this place is the best. Their chicken is great, chicken is always hit or miss everywhere else. And they are downright friendly. My new favorite place. You know you’re on the right track when half the customers are ordering in Spanish!
