I have been with Barry and his State Farm location for I think close to ten years and I am always so impressed with his and his office’s customer service. They have been so thorough whenever I’ve had questions or had to set up new coverage or change something. On top of that, in my interactions with them, I got the impression that they truly cared about me, and honestly wanted the best for me. They’ve never been pushy and I feel that the coverage I’ve signed up for was my decision, made with their valuable input and expertise, rather than feeling I was forced into something I didn’t really want. They really listen to what I need and take the time to understand so they can provide the best option. Other than that, I can say that my coverage has run along so smoothly over the years and I’ve never had an issue besides having to update or change coverage. Anytime I’ve had to make a claim it’s been a breeze and I’ve been so happy with the coverage Barry’s office had recommended. I’ve even received one on one advice about how to move forward with a tricky claim once from Barry himself, and I appreciated the time he took to give me all the information I needed to move forward in the best way possible. I can’t say enough good things about this team, and thank you so much for going above and beyond to take care of me! It truly means a lot!

Can’t say enough good things about Barry’s team! Laurel and Renee recently went to bat for me multiple times, working with both State Farm and the department of licensing, when there was a misunderstanding about my insurance coverage that I couldn’t clear up myself (not really anyone’s fault, just a complicated situation and a series of miscommunications). Laurel reached out to me without me needing to ask to keep me in the loop when there were delays on State Farm’s end and was always cheerfully willing to assist me when I needed more documentation. Renee ended up phoning the department herself to clear up the issue when other approaches failed.

Laurel was also wonderful when my sister was in an accident a few years back and called the agent’s number, very upset and not knowing what to do. She talked my sister through everything and was incredibly patient and kind over the phone.

I can’t speak to rates or the policies themselves as my parents were the ones that set all that up, but Barry’s team has taken great care of us and have gone above and beyond whenever we’ve needed them.

I have been with Barry Glenn for almost 25 years now and will continue for the next 25! Everyone that works in the office knows me by name, they are always super helpful and looking for ways to save money on policies without me even asking. I love this team and trust them completely.
