McDonald's

My husband heard about a sandwich on tick tock that you can purchase from McDonald's if you ask and it's called a chicken Big Mac so he went and we tried it and they made it and it was good. The french fries were hot and fresh. The drinks were not over iced this was a really good McDonald's trip (not all of our trips to McDonald's are this lucky).

The orders were perfectly correct and the fish fillers that I had were the hottest I have ever had at any restaurant location ever!!!!!!!🫠❤❤

The service was fast, and the drive-through greeters were very courteous.

Food was good and hot. Service is always good here

This store and their employees are by far the best in our area. I stop in here multiple times a week breakfast, lunch, or dinner doesn't matter. I've never received bad service here.

Went thru the drive threw at 2:30 am and the line was long but moving fast real fast it was a he/she at the window and was very fast....Keep it up cause "ImLovenIt" 😂😘

They were just opening, my food was piping hot, I could have used a little more ice in my ice coffee, but pleased overall with the food and service. Greeted very cordial and my order was accurate.

Went to this McDonald's location while on my way to Bible Study! Facility was clean, staff was great and food was prepared and served in enough time for me to make the next bus, which was within 10 minutes. I was actually in and out the place in less than 20 minutes. Food was great as well.

I have only been here as a delivery Driver, but the people working are always polite to me, and totally chill. Keep being awesome, y'all.

Place is amazing they have great food they have hot fries done and ready u should go here and try it out

Drive through service is usually pretty good compared to other locations. Friendly and speedy service. Out of about 30 visits I've only had like two issues. One was I asked for a oreo mcflurry and got an M&M. The other was they forgot to give me some sauce for my nuggets. The cashier sometimes gives me tips to save money and cracks jokes. The employees are almost always in a great mood. If I have a simple order like a large fry or just a drink I might get it at the first window.

Sloppy burger and cold fries. Two soda fountain. One give ice but no soda. The other give soda and no ice. They keep their bathrooms locked you have to be buzzed in. All the bathrooms are always dirty and nasty and the workers always have attitudes.
This McDonald's location is in the heart of East St Louis and could be much better

Customer services really good, the soda machine needs to be changed and fresh fries would be nice and man y’all prices are way too high

Great customer service. The woman working the headset and the one giving food at the window were both extremely polite and professional. On top of that fast service and my food was fresh.

These workers are so polite and nice.
I visit the other local McDonald's but none like this one.
