Kyle MacVicar: Allstate Insurance

I have been with Kyle for more than 10 years and they have been exceptional. Insurance is mainly needed in times of need and they have provided the best service during those times. Any changes requested were done right away. While I might be able to get lower rates by switching services every few years, I dont think I would get the kind of service elsewhere.

Reasonable rates and great service. Kyle Was very helpful explaining each insurance package and what to expect on pricing and discounts. I would highly recommend AllState .

I have been an on-line insurance guy for many many years: Geico, Select Quote, etc. Always thought the local offices would be substantially more expensive. So when I got a quote from MacVicar, I was stunned. And here's the absolute best part: JJ has always taken my call immediately (one time he was at lunch, called me back in 15). No frustrating AI computer to hassle with, just competent human help. Awesome! I'm impressed, and kicking myself fir what I have been missing.

Kyle and his team are phenomenal! In recent years I’ve unfortunately had my car stolen, damaged, and broken into and I have always been taken care of by Allstate and by this team. I’m also one to ask many, many questions. They were patient, professional, and answered thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Kyle is just amazing to work with. He’s super helpful. Whether I call after a crash or a rockchip on my wind shield... he’s cool, calm, composed and super helpful. It’s very comforting to know someone has your back especially after a scary event. And he’s great at following up. For things where I need to receive a check, Kyle and the AllState team are super prompt and I don’t even have to set reminders for myself because they’ll send it within 3 weeks. Overall, this is the best customer service I’ve ever received with any insurance company (health, car, home, whatever) and I would highly recommend Kyle and the AllState team!

The team here always explain to you what your are getting and give you value for your money. I managed to lower my rates and get more benefits. Do not hesitate to choose them.

Got off to a bit of a Rocky start . But has been overall great! The agent I have dealt with since the inital switch have been very helpful with the exception of the very first one who is no longer there.
