Mud Bay

I want to give a shout out to the Muddies in Issaquah!! This was my second time I’ve been in a Mud Bay location and my husbands first, and what an impression this team made! We live in Spokane (and wish we had a location closer to us). Each colleague we came in contact with was knowledgeable, friendly, and asked great questions to learn about our fur babes. They even offered samples of treats and a particular product I was on the fence about. HIGHLY recommended!! Thank you for the positive experiences!!! You can see the pups boys are happy as well!!

Friendly staff and great selection. We always bring pups here and they are so excited to pick out some treats and toys. Their treat prices are unbeatable and the staff have always been so kind and friendly to us and our pups.

Not only was the customer service wonderful, the gift bag I received for being a first time customer was a nice touch. It was a fun time poking around all the options, and all of my questions were answered. Love this place, and so does my new puppy Chester.

Without any questions asked or even acknowledged, the best pet store my wife and I have walked into.
Super wide and varied options of toys, foods, toys and treats, this wonderfully built and ran store has all the things your pet could possibly need. Clean, good smelling, and fashionable, we originally walked in to find a new food. The employee there was very knowledgeable and friendly and polite. She even gave us samples to see how our dog would react to them before making a purchase!

We just moved in to the area and are looking for our central pet HUB to get all of his supplies at. Rest assured, we have found it!

Great selection and quality of accessories, food and toys for cats and dogs. Service was helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly! Excellent promotions. Wish we lived here so we could visit more often ☺

I went there to get medicine for my dog. When I was checking out, the staff saw the medicine and asked what happened with my dog. After I told him about the story, he expressed sympathy and gave me a small bag of treat to take home.

I know it was a small thing and probably he does it every day, but the sympathy and small gesture made a customer’s heart warm :)

Really appreciate this store. Their staff is super helpful and friendly. I love that they'll offer a fee sample of a food or returns for unused food in the event your picky cat doesn't like it. They have good variety and somewhat equal levels of product/inventory for cats and dogs.

Knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming staff unlike any other in Issaquah. The staff treats cat owners the same as dog owners, thank you!

These are the nicest and most helpful people. They took a great deal of time helping me select a great dog food after my senior dog had been released from the hospital. I felt like they genuinely cared about us. Thank you!!

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and they know the ins and outs of pet nutrition, behavior, etc. They are very friendly and always helpful. I think one of my favorite things is they are a partner with the Seattle Humane Society. I love supporting this store and will always use them as my first choice! And the food they have is all very healthy which is really awesome.

These guys are my new go to pet supply store since I've moved out of Redmond. They offer my pup treats when we visit, have a scale to help me keep her weight in check and offer a great variety of stuff. I'd like to see more bed options, but that's a personal preference. Food and treat selections are great.

My friend and I picked up a dog (she's pregnant) in Seattle to return to our breeder friend in Spokane. The owners didn't give us food and we were delayed in heading out. Mud Bay gave us free samples of both food and treats to give the dog so she didn't have to wait 4+ hours to eat. They had a lot of options and were very friendly too. Highly recommend this place!

We love Mudbay! Always so helpful and ready to answer any questions we have. This location is top notch. Our pup loves their bulk treats and we always trust them to have a quality product.

WOW! I just got back from there and I think they have a customer for life. I typically shop at the grange because they have a special food that my super fussy cat likes, well they have been out of it for a while so I decided to go to mud bay and the customer service there was phenomenal. They genuinely wanted to help me which was a relief because there are so SO so many overwhelming options and I have already been down this road with what is a healthy option and what she will actually eat. Love this place! Staff are super helpful and they have a great variety of foods. I changed my pug's diet to a higher quality food from Mud Bay and it's made the most amazing difference. He's 13 but has the energy of a 2 year old now!

Friendliest staff! You also get 3 free samples of pet food, which makes it easier to choose for our picky cat overlord.
