Carstar Roland was suggested by my insurance after a collision. They were in my neighborhood so I chose them. This was an excellent decision on my part because they were extremely kind and the work they did was top notch. Getting in an accident and needing bodywork done during the Holliday season can be crazy and they stayed in touch and kept me up to date on arriving parts etc. I hope to not be a return customer but if I'm ever in need of work again they are my first call, and I highly recommend them.

We worked with Rowland Collision after an accident. During the process the office staff was amazing with keeping us up to date, informed on the process, and always answered every question we had. They offered advice on how to handle things since this was the first accident we have ever had. They gave us much needed relief in a very stressful time!

Sadly our car was totalled so we can't comment on the quality of work. Given the quality of the office staff we have no doubt the shop staff are just as good.

I used Rowland for an auto accident repair, so of course it involved my insurance copy. The office made the three party communications easy! Everything was on time and service was excellent. And my car looks amazing. Even when there was a bit of a hiccup, they took care of it as expediently as possible and with clear communication. When you walked in it was an extremely inviting environment when many car places are fairly scary. I enjoyed talking through the details with Rob and if I ever had a question or a concern, I would not hesitate to call and ask them.

Rowland Collision is an insurance-recommended provider, and they came through in spades. Their original estimate was less than a third of the dealer's estimate and well below my policy deductible. And the final cost was even _lower_.
Wait time for the part needed was exacerbated by weather issues, but staff kept me informed via timely emails. Once the rear-view mirror arrived, it took less than an hour to install, and it works perfectly.

I got rear-ended on a very cold Friday in January. Rowland got me in for an estimate the next Monday despite their incredibly busy schedule. Once my car was in the shop they communicated constantly and were always so kind when I called - especially Julie. I can’t thank them enough for being so kind to me and making my car as good as new!

I cannot begin to explain how happy and pleased I am with my experience at CarStar Rowland Collision. Upon arrival I was given a warm a friendly welcome and knew off the bat they truly cared about their customers. Charles, the Estimator, could not have provided better service to me. He was kind and patient with all of my questions and really took the time to take care of me and my needs. I will be referring anybody I know to go there for future work!

They made the process of getting our bumper repaired as painless as possible. Willing to explain unfamiliar procedures for processing our insurance and straightforward about progress as it happened.

I visited this shop for a vehicle estimate appt. I called ahead of time to see if an appt was required, it was. Upon arrival, I walked in and advised my name & appt time. I was instructed to fill out an intake sheet. Immediately following Tommy, the estimator, looks over my info & says let’s have a look at the car.

He inspected my car and kept me informed of the details as he went. He helped take pics as I needed to submit the info to my insurance company.

Afterwards, he gives me a rundown of what to anticipate and what I need to do next to move forward in the process. I left with the necessary details needed to successfully coordinate the scheduling of my repair, manage my expectations, and be informed of what I needed to do in preparation of the downtime without my vehicle.

This was a successful visit. I appreciate the quality customer service, efficiency, and friendliness of the office. It was painless from the time of booking to the estimate appt.

Rob and the team at Rowland Collision did a great job repairing my wife's new van that was damaged from a run in with our garage door. We scheduled a time about a week out and dropped the van off to be worked on. They completed the job on the timeline promised and the van looks great.
