Always a decent experience

Used to be able to drive in for your scheduled maintenance when purchasing a new vehicle. Meaning oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off things like that, but now you have to make an appointment and they are always booked. The staff are always friendly and professional. I attempted to drive in for my assigned free maintenance and was told I'd have to come back in a week and leave it all day. I can't think of a place in South county that I want to sit for seven or eight hours so this is pretty unacceptable. If there was another location for me to take it to I wouldn't have to be late getting my assignments which makes me worry about my warranties.

Kind of rude and didn’t really address my concerns.

Had purchased a tire rotation and oil change pkg. previously and came in to use it and they wouldn't recognize it. Tough luck

DISHONEST FRAUDULENT SERVICE CENTER avoid like the plague. I have a 2010 Armada and was charged $170 for diagnosis, which I'm fine with here is my problem. After diagnosis they suggested replacing the clock spring and steering angle sensor for $2600, $1300 each. Now I knew there was no chance both items would fail simultaneously so they took a 50 50 approach when its was only one of 2 so why fix both. I declined the service went and got the clock spring part from another dealer for $245 and installed it in 25 minutes problem solved, absolutely nothing wrong with the steering angle sensor they wanted to charge me $1300 for. They got me for 170 but luckily I'm mechanically minded enough to know when people are Frauds and save myself $2500.

Set up a time to have my van serviced
Gave them specifics on what type of vehicle I had
I showed up early
They saw my van and said we don’t service that kind here
So I had to reschedule service at a different location
I had to pay an employee for 1/2 a day and lost a 1/2 day myself
We didn’t even get an I’m sorry for the inconvenience
