I had an absolutely great experience working with Omar Macias Neri!
Prior to switching to State Farm, I've been with Progressive for more than 20 years. I was initially skeptical when talking to Omar, but his involvement, sober and rational comparison of policies, apple-to-apple, and, most importantly, VERY personalized approach made it. Ultimately, I set up 4 new policies with State Farm.

It'd be fair to say that I am getting a significantly better deal now, even though not much time passed yet after the switch. One of the important factors was that at Progressive I had to discuss each policy with a different agent (which takes time measured in hours, a lot of personal energy, and considerable effort trying to tie all the policies together), whereas Omar gave me a single view of all policies taken together, in an easy-to-understand and integrated approach.

I highly recommend Omar to anyone who is in search of an insurance policy: after communicating with him on various matters, I feel he is very knowledgeable in all relevant aspects, can see the matters from client (your!) perspective and would get you the best deal you might not be able to obtain elsewhere.

I had a very pleasurable & pleasant experience working with my state farm agent Luyao Xu. She went through the entire insurance policy with me in lots of details. Certain policies that I was unsure about, Luyao Xu would answer all of my questions and concerns smoothly and with ease. Luyao Xu is very nice and easy to work with, if I am in a car accident, or my house was vandalized/robbed, state farm is always there, just like the TV commercials.
