This Pharmacy is the best by far and I Will NEVER go to another pharmacy again!! Bonhamtown pharmacy is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly they appreciate their customers! I needed a medicine that was out of stock and Bonhamtown pharmacy was able to get medicine approved by insurance and was able to get medication promptly. Thank you so much Bohamtown Pharmacy for your exceptional service!!! I have referred many customers and will continue to do so.

After calling numerous big box pharmacies to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine for my 3 year old with no luck, I found Bonhamtown Pharmacy! The pharmacist told me to walk-in and he’d take care of us. Drove to this pharmacy from South River, maybe 20 min to get a medication my Dr prescribed and I couldn’t find anywhere.
The minute I walked in I was greeted by the pharmacist, Ankur Shah and two young ladies.

Nirvana: an ideal or idyllic place. Under this definition, it would be more appropriate to rename Bonhamtown Pharmacy as Nirvana Pharmacy, because surely I have died and gone to Heaven to have found such an amazingly run pharmacy.

Having spent my entire life working in customer service, I can say, without a doubt, that one rarely finds a business so proficiently run as this one. Upon first look, one might think this pharmacy to be limited due to the modest storefront and interior, however, I assure you, it is everything but.

The store itself is pristine in its cleanliness. They also have an array of medical supplies over the counter befitting a new, smaller brick and mortar pharmacy.

In addition to actually having my medications filled quickly, this pharmacy should be the model for all pharmacies worldwide when it comes to customer service! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store,by a friendly, smiling associate behind the counter. When I informed them that I had some questions for the pharmacist, it took a few quick seconds for the pharmacist, and owner, to greet me with a huge smile and amicable persona, introducing himself by name. After showing him the list of medications I take regularly, he assured me he could fill all meds when needed. He then offered to contact my pharmacies and have all existing scripts on file with them, sent over, making my transition to Bonhamtown Pharmacy a wonderfully efficient and painless process. After we went over my meds, he gave me their business card and I shook his hand whilst expressing my relief and gratitude to have found his pharmacy.

For the first time in my life I left a pharmacy feeling assured by, and happy with, the customer service experience I had just had.

Since that awe inspiring first experience, I have had multiple scripts filled there. They were filled QUICKLY, and I was always informed by phone call and text that my prescriptions were ready. Their impeccable customer service is accessible, as well, by email and two way text (not just automated texts). They are always easy to contact and quick to reply.

I’ve met other patrons there who also freed themselves from big pharmacies, and they’ve all expressed the same gratefulness for having found such a wonderfully run pharmacy. In fact, I have never encountered an unhappy customer there, which, in and of itself, speaks volumes!

Pharmacy giants like Walgreens and CVS may have huge stores stocked with everything from auto care to frozen dinners, but that’s all to distract you while you wait unbearably long times for your script to be filled by one of a multitude of unhappy drones working the pharmacy counter who don’t know you from anyone else they’ve dealt with that day. Those massive chain pharmacies make you feel like just a number, and being understaffed with overwhelming volumes of scripts they have to fill, they often make mistakes which are extremely challenging to have corrected. The list of negative traits inherent in these giants goes on and on, but this isn’t a review for their horrific customer service. I only mention them because I feel like I have finally freed myself of a decades long abusive relationship and found the perfect one. The sigh of relief I expelled, when I first realized this, was one which I felt on a deep, soulful, level.

I HIGHLY recommend Bonhamtown pharmacy, whether you are getting just a one time prescription filled or have many that you need filled often. They are personable and very helpful and you can be assured that you are in good hands! Even if you don’t live close to this pharmacy, it is worth driving to for something as important as medications. I would drive hours for exemplary service like theirs since medications are not something I want dealt with haphazardly.

Best Pharmacy we've ever been to! I switched my entire family (9 people) and couldn't be happier! 5 of us, even received our vaccines here (The pharmacist Ankur did all 5 of us and my kids despise shots but couldn't believe how it didn't hurt one bit!).
I recommend this place to everyone and they can't thank me enough. It feels like family whenever we go... they're understanding, considerate, well knowledged and they go above and beyond for you. No long wait times, free delivery and just an all around great atmosphere.
Ankur is the absolute best, he even recommended an anti-anxiety treat for my dog that has done wonders..they are a one stop shop, everything you need, from vaccines, to meds, otcs, to covid tests (that actually take 24 hours! Not 48-72)

Went here for my son’s COVID vaccine. My son was terrified. The person giving the shot(I think name was Ankur) spoke to him very nicely and got rid of his anxiety. He administered the shot(with little drama)..
Highly recommend this place for vaccines…

Update: went there again for my shot. There was a lot of craziness happening which they were trying to control. The person administering the shot, gave the injection outside the pharmacy because she felt I was uncomfortable… Highly highly recommend this place….

I had a great experience here getting my covid vaccine. There was no waiting line and it was really quick. All the people who work there were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back in the future! :)

Switched all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy months ago, as well as my partners. We were so disappointed with CVS we went in search of better experience. When we went into Bonhamtown and found Ankur as the pharmacist we were pleasantly surprised. We had Ankur as a pharmacist at CVS and after he left there, is when the majority of the issues started so we were happy to have him as our pharmacist again!

Friendly service by the whole staff. Quick prescription refills. When I call, Ankur answers the phone “Hi Sonya” which makes me feel like family. It really is an amazing experience going here. Very thoughtful and professional.
