I was recommended to Dr. Kao’s office and am so happy that I went to him! His whole staff are so friendly and Dr. Kao is awesome. He is very nice and makes you feel comfortable.

Who likes going to the Dentist? Well this place will change your mind. Dr Kao, his Asst Laura, and his entire office are amazing! It was my 1st visit and it could not have gone any better. Unfortunately, I've always had to do a lot of work on my teeth, and because of that I've tried so many dentists in the past. Dr. Kao is by far the only dentist I like and trust. He does phenomenal work!
He always greets me with a smile, and always accommodates me. His staff is also Always so nice and welcoming!

Dr. Kao & his staff are absolutely amazing!! I have been going there for 15+ years and he truly does fabulous work year after year. He’s extremely talented and very honest!!! He’s always on time and very accommodating. Zamurd, his dental hygienist, gives the best cleaning I’ve ever received. She’s unbelievably thorough, extremely polite, and very kind. And Marlene, his receptionist, is fantastic at accommodating my hectic schedule. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it.

Dr Kao and staff are great. Had a cleaning today, in and out in 30 minutes. They make great recommendations for your oral hygiene. Been going here since before he took over the practice.

Dr. Kao is the most outstanding dentist I've ever seen practice. At times getting dental care can feel a bit scary, but rest assured you are in the most competent and caring hands with Dr. Kao. He is highly skilled and always puts his patients first. The entire practice makes you feel at home, but most importantly, their technical skills and honesty is what puts you at ease. Dr. Kao spends the extra time to ensure you understand and show and explain to you what he recommends to deliver the most optimal care to all of his patients. He always treats his patients like family. Being somewhat phobic about going to the dentist, I find he puts me at ease with the simplest to the most challenging procedures. You are in good hands wit Dr. Kao.

I highly recommend Dr. Kao and his entire practice. I've worked in the oral care industry for a large part of my career and it's rare to find such an expert practitioner who tailors his approach to each patient to ensure the best outcome and oral health for you and your family. He is compassionate, caring, and practices with high integrity.

Went to see Dr Kao for a tooth extraction, he was wonderful no pain at all and so very caring ! His staff is also amazing and his nurse is the best ! He is my new go to guy for any of my dental needs!

Dr. Kao is, by far, the best dentist I have ever seen. I have seen numerous dentists since childhood due to moving frequently and a variety of dental issues. Dr. Kao is extremely knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, honest and reliable. He has done extensive dental work for myself and my husband over the years. I could not recommend him more. His staff are very kind and helpful and the office is very clean and comfortable.

I found Dr. Kao when going through a very very painful tooth chipping. On top of that, I was in the middle to end of my pregnancy when all this happened. He was very pleasant and the front desk staff was very helpful with insurance explanations. Everything was explained during any procedure. I have been seeing him since. He is very gentle, thorough and personable. We as a family will be going here. I could not be happier

Dr. Kao and his team are so helpful and kind whenever I come in for a cleaning or to get a cavity filled. Dr. Kao and his team are reasonable and are always checking in to see if I am doing okay in the chair or if anything hurts. From having a hard time understanding the payments to trying to find an appointment, they are super understanding and so helpful with every situation. I am grateful to have them as my dentists, I highly recommend Dr. Kao to everyone!

I had to write this review because I saw a one star review from someone who seems to be giving businesses a 1 star reviews. My family and I have been going to Dr.Kao for over 15 years. We followed him from the shore office to his Rockaway office. He’s professional, caring and I always leave with my questions answered. I recommend him to everyone especially if you don’t like pain. He’s my gentle dentist!

Dr. Kao at West Main Complete Dentistry is wonderful. I am not someone that normally does well with dental procedures. I have a good deal of anxiety with it and have had bad experiences in the past at other dentist offices. But Dr. Kao is fantastic. He is very patient and understanding; very gentle and clearly very knowledgeable. He is the best dentist I have ever been to. Also, everyone else that works in the office is very nice and helpful as well. I have had nothing but good experiences there. Trust me, if you're looking for a new dentist - you have found him. You won't regret it. He is and will remain my dentist for a long time to come.

The entire staff is always friendly and very helpful. I met Dr. Kao after he took over the practice from Dr. Gross. I liked him immediately. He took the time to explain what he would like to do to keep my teeth healthy. I completely trust him. My teeth are in the best condition they have been in for years.

I found Dr. Kao a couple months ago due to an emergency. The office staff was able to get me in immediately and I’ve been happy ever since. The ladies at the Front Desk are phoneomnal and accommodating. Dr. Kao is very gentle, thorough, and friendly. After years of horrible experiences with dentists I’m relieved to have finally found a practice I trust.

I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr Kao is gentle and makes sure that the patient is comfortable and pain free during any procedure. Dr. kao is very friendly and personable. Referred to by a family friend and I was very happy with Dr. Kao. After making the choice to find a new dentist, we were very happy with the office staff, cleanliness of the offices, and Dr. Kao made my daughter's first visit very comfortable. Coming in with 9 cavitites... (Yes I have taken her every 6 months to our previous dentist) . Dr. Kao was able to fill 2 of the cavities today and my daughter said she was surprised it didn't hurt! He was very thorough explaining where the cavities were and how to brush and floss in the future to prevent this from happening. The office staff was very organized and it was easy to set up another appointment at a convenient time for Molly to have the rest of her dental work completed

If you're anything like me, going to the dentist can be stressful. I've always had issues with my teeth and take full responsibility for not always taking the Best care of them. I've been to several dentists for various reasons over the course of my life. Dr. Kao is by far the Best dentist I've ever had. He's extremely knowledgable and passionate about his work. He's also extremely patient and his work is impeccable! His staff is always extremely friendly and 100% on point! Cristina, one of his great receptionists, is Amazing and goes above and beyond her role to ensure your personal satisfaction. And as far as $ is concerned, Dr. Kao's office is beyond fair and will work very hard to get you the best price possible utilizing insurance, if you have it, and/or various dental plans. I recommend and trust them 100%!!! Thank you Dr. Kao!!

Dr.Kao's Dentist office is one of the best ever! I am a huge baby when it comes to teeth pain and EVERY single associate that works in the office is very gentle and caring. They are very helpful when it comes to question about my insurance. I have never even had to call my insurance because they make sure they have every answer for me. I have used them for 4 years now and I send anyone i can to their office.
