I was helped by a young man named Brian recently at your location in Salem NH. He was extremely helpful and made sure to go above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I told him before he left that he should be running the store because of how helpful he was. If you need to visit at&ts location in Salem for any reason, make sure to look for this kid

I had a great experience at the AT+T store in Salem NH. My phone had frozen and I couldn’t unlock it. I took my phone to the store and a very friendly Brian fixed the problem in .2 seconds and showed me what to do if it happened again. Great customer service, Brian!!

It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at a AT&T. We were helped by the Manager at that time on 11/18/23 at 5:30 ish Pm. They were very busy and he still managed to insure we were helped and got everything we needed. (Terrible at remembering names) but I just want to thank him again.

I was a faithful consumer of Verizon for over 20 years, until their prices skyrocketed and their service suffered, I then jumped to T-Mobile as they promised better prices, service etc etc, The only thing I ever received from that company was ignorance, empty promises and a migraine. Both my Fiancee and my employment offered a nice discount to switch to AT&T and that was all I needed to finally switch over. After applying online and being approved, I was instantly canceled with no reasoning. I was literally approved, declined , and canceled so many times and they ran my credit over 10 times, that I now had fraud involved. Who the women I spoke to was extremely vague and rude. I was abruptly told to call the credit bureau and figure it out myself. I was at my wits end and stuck with a carrier I truly disliked. My fiancee also applied 3 times and AT&T went ghost. Once we arrived at Rockingham, we met Brian, this young man was extremely thorough , patient , knowledgable and helpful. This one man did the work of about 20 AT&T employees that we had previously dealt with. Seemed we kept hitting roadblocks until we met him! He is exceptional and a HUGE asset to AT&T . He literally saw our stress and I believe asked about 5 questions and we walked out with brand new iPhones AND I watches. We laughed , showed off pics of our families and I forgot why I had a issue in the first place. His co-workers were also the friendliest and most knowledgeable I have spoken with in my young 51 years of existence ! Brian, Berto and their supervisor were simply amazing ! We waited wayyy to long to switch carriers and cannot thank him enough for making one of my worst days ever , I mean ever , a relaxing evening and restored my faith in humanity ! I will NEVER deal with ANYONE else and have already recommended him , them & the Rockingham store to many! Keep it up ! and take care of those beautiful babies of yours! PS, Mr Manager , next time , I’ll answer your call for ya! Lol Mucho Mucho Gracious!
Ps- Let me know when that gorgeous Navy jacket is available for me to pick up ! I will wear it Proudly !

I just had the most wonderful customer service experience at this AT&T store! I had a complicated billing/fraud issue, that I had tried to fix on the phone, and was at my wit's end. I walked in, and immediately got taken care of by Corey Hatch, the Retail Sales Manager there. He did a beautiful job having me feel taken care of and like a priority (even though there would be zero revenue generated as a result), and I walked out happy (and thanking him for saving me from a stroke!). We must acknowledge excellent customer service (it's in such short supply these days, it seems!). Bravo to Corey!

I have spent literally months at the store where I purchased the phone and on the phone. The final straw was being told there was nothing that could be done to fix my problems. Brian at the store in the Mall Rockingham Park was exceptional and resolved the issue immediately. Be sure to deal with a corporate store for there apparently are privately owned stores that seem to only be interested in sales and not customer service!

Awesome experience! Carlos solved all of my issues. He was courteous, calm, patient and funny! He also made me and my mother feel like we were the only ones in the store, and we were not. It’s honestly been awhile since I’ve had such a great experience with a customer representative.

Very fast and friendly manager helped me transition to my new iPhone. Was patient with me as I asked questions. Offered me their deal on accessories which I gladly took. Overall very pleasant experience. Better experience than walking into Apple. I wanted a new color phone and it came very fast.

I went to NH to upgrade my iPhone phone from IPhone XR to IPhone 13 Pro. Xavier was really nice and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns. He even recommended a few screen savers (plus installation) and cases! Please hire more people like Xavier! 😊 Happy customer.

Xavier faria was the perfect employee. I came in on a Monday and I could not charge my phone he immediately fixed that I cannot get over the skills that this young gentleman has, he also fixed the glass on my iPhone which was broken and did an incredible job, he explained to me a bunch of different features but AT&T offers, was nice and also listen to each one of my concerns and answered my questions fully and detailed, also showed any new products in the store and was able to tell me a lot of differences between products, trading programs, different promotions, different deals and current offer as promotions. I would never want to go into another store and deal with anybody else I am definitely coming back to the Salem New Hampshire location at the Rockingham mall to see this guy A+ 100%
