Dr. Taylor has been my cardiologist for the last two decades. He has helped me get off of blood pressure medicine that was causing problems and ineffective, and onto better medications that lower blood pressure much better and interfere less with my life. He is genuinely interested in his patients and listens as well as speaks. He has even helped me with problems that resulted from chemotherapy. I am not an easy patient. He has seen me through three aortic valve replacements and is my follow-up for the most recent one. The office tried to outsource their billing for a while, and it caused problems, but they've taken it back in house, to handle it themselves and avoid having a disinterested third party dealing with their patients. This is a great doctor and a good crew.

Been with this practice since 2000. Never ever had a problem. He helped to.save my life at least once. Staff is great, friendly made my wife and I feel like we are part of the family. Docs bedside manner can be a bit well goffy, but it's part of how he gets you to relax... Love them all

Have been a patient of Dr. Taylor's for nearly 10 years. I find that he is thorough and has helped get my cholesterol and high pressure under control. His staff is friendly and helpful.

This is one Doctor to stay away from. This guy will not get a test pre-authorized. Then after ins co denies test he will try to bill you for 100% of the cost. His staff is just as bad as he is. I asked for a predetermination of benefits and the girl Jenny in the office yelled at me and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. That test never got done. I told him I needed to be sent out for blood work he told me no. insurance company didn't pay the bill. he turned around and tried to build me 400 bucks for lab work. Had to call ins about it. He didnt get paid for it. This so called doctor runs his office like a joke. After all this every time I would call the office no one would pick up phone or if you leave a message no one would ever call you back. This is the way he tells you you are not wanted in his office anymore.
Doctors can bill ins co 1 time every 3 years as a new patient. He did this to me but it was only 1.5 years. Ins co. Wouldn't pay any of the bill. He tried to bill me. Had to call ins co. Again he never got paid. Stay away he is a joke. Blames ins co for his screw ups or you as the patient

The good doctor does not seem to remember what he tells his patients. My insurance changed. He said he would lower the cost of the visit so that it would be affordable. I end up getting a bill for the remainder he was going to discount. He sends it to collections not for the $60 but for the entire amount (over $2200) I have come to find out he does this quite regularly. Decent guy , but even his staff dislikes the way he does business.

Could barely walk n this joker sent me back to my labor job wit nothing more than vaporub n a antiinflamatory. Told him pain was at a 10 and I lift heavy packages(500 to 700) per shift. Utterly useless and I highly recommend finding a real doctor who is actually qualified to deal wit pain management. Obviously a company man doc that they send u to so they dont have to justify expensive procedures even when injuries happen at work.

The staff of this office is insufferable! No responsibility, no focus, and no ability to think to help the patient. No one to answer the phone, you have to leave a message..... No ability to see a patient earlier that 2 weeks, even with a blood pressure of 160/110!!! This is NOT how patients should be cared for! Find better care for yourselves and everyone you care for!

I needed an emergency intervention and he installed a sulfa coated stent that turned out I was allergic to the stent. I broke out in hives and this doctor had no idea why. Finally told me he didn’t do well with allergies in school and I should see another doctor. Surprised he’s still around.
