McDonald's

The service is fast and the food is always fresh and hot. They seem to be understaffed but last time I went I saw them running to fill orders in the back. I can see that they're doing their best to make sure each customer leaves happy.

Recently opened McDonald's restaurant so the interior is very new, bright and clean. Has a slimmed down counter in favor of a number of touch screen ordering devices placed by the seating area. One of the pluses is that you can pay credit or via mobile (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) right at the kiosk or with cash at the counter. Staff seemed friendly enough and had smiles throughout the time waiting for my order. They have special parking for mobile customers as well as a reserve spot in case the drive-thru is busy. They also have one of the newer drive-thrus with the double lanes. Overall a nicely done new McDonald's.

The staff are very accommodating. I don’t usually go to McDonald’s too often, however for the month of March we always make sure to stop at Mcdonald’s to grab a shamrock shake for my father’s birthday (St. Patrick’s Day). My father likes his shamrock shakes solid green, the way it was made when he was a child. The staff were super nice and made sure to accommodate his request. Our experience was great!

Used the drive thru at late night, fast service, nice staff, and they make good looking ice cream cone(a lot of stores make an ugly one).

This McDonald's continues to deliver quick and quality service every time. Very easy to use the McDonald's rewards through the drive-through or in the restaurant and they set up a quick pick up area for delivery drivers.

I have to tell you, I am not a big fan of McDonald's not like other people. There are items on the menu I enjoy, but overall it's never my first choice for fast food. I am from CT and I was visiting Dunellen this past weekend for a music event. There were two ladies (younger, maybe late teens early 20's) that were the nicest, most pleasant and accommodating fast food workers I have ever seen. We ate breakfast there Saturday and Sunday and they worked both days and everything we asked for they took care of with a smile and great attitude. I asked for a refill on coffee and she said if you wait a minute or two I can give you the fresh pot that's brewing!!! That was just once instance...Whomever owns this particular location in the franchise should be very very proud!!!

Friendly service. The manager was there and had the place running smoothly. (6/26/19 5:11pm) First time here but looks to be a well run McDonalds with everyone working and orderly.

Had no issues with my order, a rarity with any fast food place. Received it very quickly (less than a minute) too!

This is the best McDonald's in the area. I think they are the same people that used to be down the road near the high school. They have two lanes for ordering which makes things go more quickly. Sometimes McDonald's locations do not do a great job with the French fries but this one is always perfect. I will sometimes stop there just for that.

5 stars because it’s a typical McDonald’s with typical McDonald’s food comparing with other fast food restaurants and the service was fine and restaurant was clean.

The employees make this location a finely tuned machine. They're all wonderful. Carlos is a rockstar. Between handling the drive thru customers, door dash, uber eats, etc.., it's the STAFF who make everything successful. I hope the corporation acknowledges ALL they do!!

Two lane drive through that will get you in and out quickly. The staff were amazing and very friendly. They did there job great! The food was the best ive had from fast food. Freshly cooked and plentiful

2 lane ordering merge into one lane pickup is annoying but the people working there nice.. New crispy chicken sandwich is not worth buying. Should listen to the colonel and stick to burgers.

I ordered the McRib sandwich, since it's back for a limited time in a short amount of time, and it was delicious. Fast service, and friendly staff at this location. I will definitely be back.

That McDonald's in middlesex by acme has got to be the best I have ever went too.. my food order is always right and always hot n fresh even the fries are fresh no matter what time you go.. I always go to this McDonald's.

I Always find them Providing best customer service . Everyone is very pleasant. I always use drive-through.

The McDonald's in Middlesex is by far one of the friendliest places ive been to. Food was hot and fresh and service was absolutely fantastic! Service with a smile! Thank you

This place wasn't cleaned, dirty and Massey tables. Service is really great and staff is friendly and faster service.
