Alexis Diner

This is a must! True New York diner! My husband went to West Point & started going there 30yrs ago. Now we make a point to stop there every time we travel through from Cincinnati to Boston.
We stopped today for lunch and as always it did not disappoint! They did a great job of offering indoor & outdoor seating with lots of social distancing & the staff is super friendly!
The portions were great size, delicious, and plenty left overs for a snack on our travels.

Food is delicious and place is clean, service is great.

If you're visiting this is a must. A true " Dinner" Clean friendly great food and desserts! We were there for lunch.

Friendly service typical diner food/quality clean and welcoming casual environment. NJ diners are some of the best around so while this one is nothing special it delivers the reliable dining experience that everyone from NJ knows and loves.

First time visitor and would gladly come back! I went to stop by to get blood work done and I saw the diner across from the area. Once I walked inside, it was very flashy and old school. All the employees were very friendly and attentive. My meal came out perfect and was really delightful! They put a lot of care into the food and made me really happy. Quiet atmosphere too!

Been going there with my family for almost 15 years now, and loved it every time. Tried many of the dishes. From the Gyros, to burgers, dinners, and of course...breakfast. Great every time. Service has always been friendly, and attentive. And if you can leave the place without buying any of the desserts, then you have way more willpower than I do!

We were out in NJ running chores and it was getting late, so we checked out places to eat and Alexis came up as close by. Pandemic wise we don't do sit down anymore, so we ordered it to go and sat at the tables they had set up outside. One burger and one cheeseburger. They were delicious. Great 60's style diner, felt as if you were dining in the past. I have been here many times, for many meals, and they impressed every time. The burgers are great, and they satisfied my taste buds in a way that other diners couldn't. The waiters were very nice and attentive, and the food took 15-20 minutes to get to our table. I definitely recommend this small(ish) diner in Randolph for a good meal and good service.

One of the best diners in NJ. Food is good. Menu is proper NJ diner big, but everything on it is still good. If you want something and it's not on the menu, just ask for it, they'll make pretty much whatever you want. Service is excellent and fast fast fast. Prices are reasonable. Never had a bad meal here.

Consistently delicious . I love their imported feta and onion rings the most. The staff is friendly and organized . I have done both takeout and indoor dining. They adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols.

Waitress, host, and owner's were all very attentive. Service was excellent and the Greek salad hit the spot. First time here in a while, but will definitely be going back. Place was busy for lunch and the service was still outstanding. Thanks for the great experience!

First let me address that bad review from yesterday. Unfortunately the person that wrote the review forgot how he assaulted the owner. I was there and helped usher the person out. He should have been arrested based on the attack. Aside from that. I’ve been eating there with my kids for 10 years probably over 500 times. Great service great food and great family

I wouldn't call it a diner. Sure it has a great 50's era aesthetic and has a huge sign that reads "Diner", but this place has a lot more than diner food. Food that they have no business making so well. When was the last time you got amazing fish tacos at a diner? Or french onion soup? Or chicken nachos that taste better than Chipotle's? This place has amazing food and diverse menu that you'll never get bored of. A go-to place for dinner or take-out on the weekend.

Nice diner. Ordered 2 omelets with hash browns and corned beef hash with eggs. Eggs were cooked perfectly, corned beef hash was very good and the hash browns were just the right combination of soft and crispy. They even had some chopped green peppers and onions in them, which I love and was a nice surprise. It wasn't cheap, but it didn't break the bank either. Its NJ, nothing is cheap. I'll definitely be back and recommend stopping in for a bite to eat if you're in the area.

This diner is excellent! First off, the diner is CLEAN. Their food is always tastey, the portions are hearty and the service is very professional. Typical diner food - burgers, breakfast, sandwiches and of course the specials that include soup or salad, coffee or tea and dessert for reasonable prices. There is always parking available, too even when the place is packed.

First visit here with my husband and 2 yr old son. Food was great but was really impressed with the quick and friendly service. It can be challenging going out to eat with a toddler and I appreciated the prompt service. Would def go back

This place is always a great classic Diner. No frills and feels like stepping back into the 80's. Have tried it all...dinner lunch and breakfast. Can't say I've had a bad meal.

Been going all my life, so basically 30 years. Clean, consistent, and the best diner in my opinion for being an NJ local all my life. The only diner in NJ I'd be comfortable ordering a good steak or seafood in. And their Linguini with clam sauce is darn good

Omg. This place is amazing. I had the veggie panini with tzatziki sauce. It was delicious. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant to everyone. Service is wonderful, our waitress Emma was very attentive and the restaurant filled up with other customers. Prices were great as well.

Such amazing food. Food blew me away and usually I dont care too much for diner food but this place is a hidden gem! This will be my go to place even tho its 30 mins from my house! Thanks for the amazing time! Our waiter was also amazing!
