I just recently stopped into Claires to purchase St Patrick’s Day merch and I had the best experience. An employee named Victoria helped me and she was very nice and helpful. As soon as I came to the counter she helped me choose a third item to include in order to get a good deal. She also helped me pick out loose glitter and gave me advice on how to style it. She is so helpful and I appreciate her service. We need more customer service associates like her in this world.

I brought my four year old to get her ears pierced. We were helped by Ashley. She was absolutely wonderful. My daughter FREAKED OUT after the first ear. It took almost an hour to do the second one. Ashley was able to handle her and being the only one in the store to help customers and answer the phone. She was patient and kind the entire time. Even though it had to have been a huge inconvenience, her calm demeanor and patient professionalism made us feel so much better.

I literally never leave reviews but I had to! First of all I came to get my 2nd piercing on July 18th. Shay was the piercer. It was easy and didn’t hurt at all. I left there satisfied. When I got home I realized that the piercings were uneven. I tried to get over it but I couldn’t! 😭 I called today (July 20th) and spoke with Amanda who was pleasant over the phone. I explained the issue and she told me to come in and I can redo it. It was bothering me so much that I actually left work early and went to get it done. When I got there I was met with Shay again. I explained what was wrong and she was more than happy to help. This woman went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! And made sure that I was satisfied with where the little mark she put looked before actually piercing it. I honestly took forever to make up my mind on whether or not the spot that was going to be pierced was even. I felt so bad and kept apologizing for being annoying lol. But Shay was not bothered at all. When it was finally time to pierce it was just as easy as the first time and it’s legit perfect! She was the best! I’m looking to get more piercings done in the future and I’ll be sure to ask for Shay when the time comes.

Victoria and Faith were the greatest retail workers I've ever had the pleasure to come across made my trip to store a great and fun time for me and my daughter Thank you def will be back!!!!!

This a cool store, for little girls mostly but adults can find stuff too. Earrings, sunglasses, etc. Some jewelry for a wedding, prom a special event. Get your ears pierced.

The girl who pierced my ear was so sweet and told me everything as she was doing it. I loved it! And my earrings look great :)
