Good prices. Good selection of clothes,jewelry,watches. A lot of sales going on for the Holidays. The JC penny beauty dept,had A lot of fragrances and a nice woman to help.

Not all the time I find the clothes I need should be think about the people they have a different religions but far way good for a men

We were pleasantly surprised by the inventory in the East Brunswick store. Lots of nice stuff to choose from at good prices. The staff was helpful and polite. Kudos JCPenney. We'll be back.

Great selection of clothing, shoes, cosmetics, household items and accessories. Prices are just, huge selection to choose from and a convenient location. Highly recommended location in Central Jersey though!

The products in the store are well displayed and easy to find what you are looking for. The associates were helpful and appreciative of customers. We found everything we wanted at discounted prices. Will definitely be going back for summer clothing for my family.

I get my hair done at their salon. Neha is my stylist. Excellent. Always a good experience. However, after my great hair experience, I had to return something. That was NOT a good experience. I stood on line for 40 minutes waiting to return my item. One person the register. Customers were upset.

The store is well kept, very clean and everyone was very polite. There is help everywhere you turn and the people actually listen to what you are asking for. The fitting rooms are very clean and empty so getting in and out was a breeze. The sale signs are very obvious and dont fear asking questions everyone is willing to help.

I loved my photographer! She was very engaging and was able to get my 2.5 yr old to cooperate [usually doesn't happen]. She also helped me to choose a background appropriate for the occasion and our color scheme. Pictures came out so nice.

Help is always good there and the filters have been upgraded in their air handling system they have hepa and UV to kill covid 19 Surprisingly the Mall between Macy's and Penny is not upgraded

Nice shopping center. Friendly service. Very clean and organize. Great prices. There is a hair salon and a family photo studio on second floor. Vision store for eye glasses on first floor. This place has a lot to offer.

Goood Prices,,, Found what i wanted at great prices on their St Johns house brand. Though my size was out of stock, the E. Brunsick location took my order and had it sent within 4 days to the nearer Freehold Raceway Mall.

Great prices...store in East Brunswick is very clean and organized.

The store is very neat and well organized. The staff are very courteous. The clothing and linens are of good to excellent quality and prices are reasonable. I was able to take advantage of some great clothing and linens bargains!

We all know that this store is in trouble. Still, I just love shopping here. I'm a male difficult to fit in most clothes.
At JCPenney I always find something to enjoy and buy. And always is a great price and service as well.
So, I will remain a loyal JCPENNEY customer.

JCP @ Brunswick Square Mall had in stock curtains and towels I ordered online. JCP in Freehold did not.

The woman at the jewelry counter was very helpful. I think her name was Iala or something like that. She helped me pick out two watches and then gave me a discount for opening up a JCPenney credit card she picked out two nice watches and I saved a lot of money

I found a dress and many shirts to fit me here. They are true to size. Very stylish clothes
