Good Business here. More than Fair prices, and they have many of the pieces and parts you need to service, install or upgrade your pool.

I came in looking to see if they had pool hardware to adapt a real pool filter to one of those Cheap-o soft sided pools, and they had everything i needed. They had hosing, clamps, 1.5 inch thresholds, 1.5 inch flow adapters, replacement sand for my filter, and had people behind the desk that helped me get my setup where I wanted it. I will soon be back for chems to keep me going as i much prefer to give my $ here over wally mart or Lowes.

And as a final point, its greatly appreciated to have a brick and mortar store that has parts on hand when you need them on a Saturday or Sunday, and to have all that at prices that are more than fair (many of the parts i bought cost more on Amazon!). Not to mention the people that worked there that I interacted with were very friendly, and gave me sound advice.

I love going into Design Pool & Spa for all our pool needs! All the staff that help us out are the friendliest and super knowledgeable! I know that when I leave, not only will my needs be taken care of and all my questions answered, but I will leave with a smile!

It is no surprise why these guys have almost 5 stars. The front desk staff is incredible, particularly Lorene and Linda! I love getting all my supplies from them simply because they have the best customer service in town, if not in the country! Truly. They are always happy to see their customers always smiling. When I started coming here I thought I just caught them on a good day, but these guys are always so welcoming. I don't worry about checking prices to try to find a good deal elsewhere because I know they will always take care of me. I get discounts every so many purchases too.

Theresa, Bucky & Kody are an amazing team! Have been a customer since 2003 and our pool has been flawless since the day it was installed. I HIGHLY recommend Design Pool & Spa for not only the install, but all service on their installed pools as well! GREAT TEAM!

We have been with DPAS for over 15 years now. Every encounter only gets better. From Theresa at service to the people who service our pool, Ed Mike, and more, no matter how small or big the job they are friendly, attentive, highly competent and accessible. When I want to do work on my own they have let me send them photos and movies and advised me in my work. One time they even let me bring in my pump to repair my impeller and helped me do it on the spot in their shop. When I have called them to do service sometimes they come on the same day and will give me great advice on how to maintain and keep my pool looking great. DAPS really does highlight the adage, beware, you get what you pay for. I’ve gone to less expensive places to save a few bucks and paid for it in the long run. I recommend them highly!!!

Can't say enough about Gary and the whole team (too many great folks to call out). We just finished the install and opening of our new pool. What is inevitably a long and stressful experience was made a little less so by the world class service and work done by their whole team.

We are one month in with the retail and service team now, and they have not let up in their standards. Thank you to everyone over there!!

Great service before the sale. Superb attention to detail. Answered all my questions... and I had alot! With their assistance, I got top quality specs I wanted. While I expect zero problems, the Real Customer Service I received leaves me confident I'll be well taken care of post-sale too.
