Outstanding customer service!
I arrived, accidentally, about 6 mins before the store was due to open.
I tried the door, found it locked, and just stood back to wait.
Without any urging from me, the Thurs morning worker unlocked the door and let me in, 6 min early, because it's a rainy chilly morning!

I thought the lady working was super friendly and not in an annoying way- like she just wanted me to buy something and leave. She friendly to everyone I saw her interact with. I like Famous and usually always buy shoes here. Loyal customer for close to 20 years. Great product with a decent enough selection. I also like that all the locations I’ve visited are clean and have ample help.

I'm a bit of a shoe horse, but I love this place. Great selections in all categories of shoes, men's, women's and children's. Great pricing.... And they always offer the"buy one pair and get the second pair at half off" deal.... So I always seem to find two pair to take home. Today's purchase was a great pair of flip flops. I've recommended this place many times and will continue to. Definitely worth the look if you're in the market. B great parking, great service, great selection and great pricing.... What more can you ask for?

Went there June 20th to get a new pair of shoes they were out of stock took my shoes up to the cash register show them the shoes they said they order them and ship them to my house 8 days later I get the wrong shoes at my house took them back to this store return the wrong shoes and brand name order the correct shoes again hopefully I get them right this time now July 2nd still waiting after 13 days no shoes yet and they said the price went up $10 and I had to pay the difference the same wrong but they said there was nothing they could do not a good shopping experience.

Pricey but name brand and they usually have a BOGO deal going on. I have never been to this store when there wasn't some sort of deal going on!
