Been going to Lapinski dental for years. The whole team is fantastic. Very friendly, flexible, and reliable. The dentists do a thorough workup of the mouth and teeth, but also do oral cancer check as well as thyroid. Dr. Lauren was actually the one who referred me to an ENT to have my tonsils checked, turned out I needed them removed! Would definitely recommend.

I hesitated to write this review for some time, but I feel comfortable doing so now. My eight year old son woke up one morning holding his jaw and crying about tooth pain. We were due to leave town the next day, so we needed to get into someone ASAP. I called around town. Unfortunately the pediatric dentist wasn’t open and the first people to get an appointment for my son was Lapinski Dental. We saw Dr. Robert that morning. My son is special needs and has a lot of anxiety. He had a tooth infection and needed to be numbed. When my son saw that needle he became very scared and started to cry. That sent Dr. Robert into a tailspin and he began yelling at my son. He yelled “stop crying right now!” “You did this to yourself! I didn’t do it! I should be the one crying!” He then threatened to make me leave the room if he didn’t stop crying. I guess Dr. Robert thought that would work, but it only made my already terrified son cry harder. I felt awful for him. We felt thoroughly humiliated and I just wanted to apologize profusely to my son for making him see that man. The good news is that Dr. Robert did temporarily fix my son’s tooth until we could get into the pediatric dentist for a permanent fix. It was just a really awful experience getting there.
