Verizon's headquarters is located in a beautifully renovated building. The electric car shuttle called Bridge is a convenient option for nearby transportation. Visitors and employees alike will find ample parking available on-site. Additionally, the building boasts a Starbucks for your coffee needs.

I have had this service for over 5 years. Other than the frustration of going into the brick-and-mortar stores to change out phones (I think that is just a frustration when you have to upgrade your phone....the process just takes hours), I am very happy with Verizon. The trade-in values I get for my phone when I upgrade generally means I get the new phone for free! Rates are comparable to other carriers, but we do have the USAA discount as well.

Starting from the security out front to the staff inside, everyone was so professional that my experience inside was absolutely delightful! This building is in absolute excellent shape, I absolutely cannot overstress this point. The ability to purchase boxed lunches during the pandemic while the rest of the kitchen it's clean as a whistle shows that the staff there have been properly trained I'm at Verizon truly cares about the building's cleanliness.

Mark has been a Verizon customer since 2004 Shelby has had Verizon since 2012 and both of us have the same phone number since 2012. In spite of a few arrogant, smart alecs, customer service reps and supervisors. In spite of them not letting my packages be intercepted by FedEx on my behalf. Adding that I do ride the line on my bill 8-9 months a year. But I pay way ahead in 4 and my service has never been interrupted. I have only found 1 place that the "can you hear now guy missed". I've never had a problem with getting data, texts and does roam really exist? I never see no service. We went to court one day and the sign said, "Cellphones are restricted you will not be able to get service". We got service. Nobody likes some Bill bad boy wanna be corporate guy holding your phone hostage for ransom. But we called them to be enslaved to them, so why the drama.

Amazing company! The best when it comes to speed,reliability and quality there is no other company better. A company built off of hard work, integrity and vision. Companies and technology are only as good as the services that serve them. Verizon has pushed us forward for years now and should be commended for that. Thank you for the five star service! 🙏🏽

I really just periodically pick up and drop off guests who are staying at the hotel I work for but I love their security guards working the gate. Also, I use Verizon wireless for my cell phone service so the 5 stars is justified.

Our company recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. What a terrible mistake which we learned within our first 30 days of service with T-Mobile. My Dad always said lessons learned are often painful and/or expensive. Lesson learned here.
We switched back to Verizon today. Ryan Mitchell our account manager was hands down the most professional representative from a phone provider I have ever dealt with.
You can not beat Verizons service. If you are willing to pay for good service, just stick with Verizon. If you want cheaper, less quality service, then look elsewhere.

My visit was very informative, helpful and pleasant... the people were very engaging... answered any question that I could think of...

Absolutely the best place to work, the facility is excellent and provides all the benefits with the state of features.

The reason I love this app it's because I set my girlfriend iPhone and it got returned because they said the address was not real I put down the address and her phone number cycle locator and get the right address and she did give me the right address and because of this app I found in nothing flat so I guess I have to pay the post office again to have it sent there

Huge campus. Green environment. Cafeteria is huge.

So far it has Ben over and beyond what I thought a wireless network could be.the only reason I joined is my wife went there probably 10 times and I seen there customer service for her.So I joined and I can honestly say WOW what a team.I was with T mobile for 15 years.I was tired of there customer service. So here I am and so far I wish I could give them 10 stars.
